Good hotel there are hot bath times for male and female and the bath area is really big and clean. The location is good too

Perfect for solo travellers! Room was big enough and like a normal hotel room. No shoes inside the entire place though.

Everything good! Close to station, nice service, laundry machine worked well. My room was clean and comfortable. WiFi here is probably the fastest I’ve had in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan.

The hotel is near JR station that should cross the road and walk along footpath. I leave my lugguage before check in and after check out. They have free 2 bottle of water /day Not include breakfast Have onsen depend male/female time

Very spacious for its price. Room is very tidy with lots of places to open luggage.

It is ok

The room is not large, and the indoor lighting is atmospheric. You have to take off your shoes and put them in the shoe cabinet when entering the hotel. The service staff is kind.

It was close to the station, the room was clean, and I was able to relax during my stay. However, there was one thing I would like to see improved: after checking in, there was no elevator to the room...it was hard to go up and down the stairs with a big suitcase!!! I don't think many people travel with large luggage, but if you are traveling with someone who has trouble walking, I might not recommend this hotel.

The check-in procedure is simple and fast. The staff at the counter will ask if you want to buy additional breakfast. Breakfast is ¥500 which is really great value! It is highly recommended to order breakfast! Convenient and clean capsule hotel This time I stayed in a small private room. The space was sufficient and the soundproofing was acceptable (you could still hear snoring). If you value quiet, we recommend booking a double room. Public facilities include bathhouses (bathing times for men and women are different)/showers/washing machines/and a comics area in the lobby It is very close to the national treasure Matsumoto Castle, and there are free bicycle rentals. It is really a convenient and considerate hotel!

There is no door, but a curtain. There is a bed and a small table and chairs. There are public toilets, public baths and public washbasins. There are many stairs to the front desk. The hygiene is OK, and it feels like a place to sleep for a night.

The hotel reception is on the 6th floor of the building, and although it is a little confusing, there are signs explaining how to get there, so it wasn't too difficult. Shoes are strictly prohibited inside, so I took them off, put them in the shoebox, and checked in at the reception. The staff were very polite. I stayed in a cabin-type room, and thought the surrounding noise would be loud, but I was able to sleep without being bothered. The toilets, shower rooms, and sinks are shared, but they were kept clean. It was a good trip.

Good. Better than expected. Reasonable staff allocation. The staff are also very enthusiastic.
