A boutique local hotel under the Excel brand, it is what I can expect. Everything works, good Tokyu group facilities. Felt that the car park fee at ¥1,200 per night is a bit high in this kind of city.

You can park outside the hotel, but the parking space fills up quickly and needs hotel staff to help arrange the parking space again.
