Close and convenient for the late night arrival and early morning flight travelers Check in was smooth Room was spacious enough and clean. Sad to stay here just quickly during the short transfer

Good location, just 10 minutes walking to SYD T2 airport. Very modern hotel with upgraded facilities. Very nice breakfast .

Need some walk to the hotel from the airport. The shuttle charge was expensive when it comes to family as the charge is per head. No bottle water supplied in the room. The breakfast was excellent.

Check in was a breeze. Room is very clean and all essential ntials were available. Could be better if microwave is available in the room too.

I got there couple hours earlier than check in time, but the Hotels let me know is I became a Hotels member ( No fee charge ) than I can early check in. I became the Hotel member and did free early check in. this was big help. 

The television would not turn on. Had to switch it on from the back of the television. All television should be on when the guest arrives. Welcoming them.  Also someone was talking on their phone in the hallway and I could hear their entire conversations. That’s what rooms are for and the lounge.  The walls were thin. You can here everything- obviously that’s not fixable. 

The front desk when checking in was very friendly, provided us with ample details about the stay, what we could do in Sydney and brought us through the facilities available. The room was a nice "Airport flights" themed room, with a working gym on the second floor and an amazing free buffet breakfast on the first floor. The hotel location is very near to Mascot Station (5 - 10 mins walk) and there were supermarkets nearby. We had a pleasant stay, thank you!

Hotel was very convenient to travel between the city and the airport. It was quiet even though it was a flying zone but within the room the walls were pretty thin. That’s why I could hear the moments around the room which was bit annoyed. The breakfast was good value for money if you are a traveller who has to fly out of Sydney in 24 hours this is very ideal Hotel

Staff was friendly. Walkable from airport if you don’t have big luggage. The only drawback is the single bed is quite small.

service is pretty good, especially Richard is always helping with many inquiries.
