This is the worst possible hotel that you can book. I booked a double bed-room but they gave it away to someone and forgot to update their system. Now they handed me a key to the same room. I entered the room and was screamed at by a complete stranger. Then they gave us a twin room as they didn't have any double bedrooms available. They also said that there will be no cleaning, changing of towels or bedsheets in the room for our entire stay duration (3 days). They were doing the same thing with everyone (telling them that there will be no cleaning). On top of that, they said that we need to take our trash out when we check-out! I have stayed at hostels much better than this. All in all, the staff can care less, the guy at the reception during the night is extremely rude, very creepy hallways and worst possible facilities.

Good location, only things i dont like is that we book to rooms with double beds and when we arrived they give us two rooms with singles beds.

It was a good experience, a clean shower and room. Was clear and easy to go out at night .

They asked for 100euro deposit and I didn’t expect that. They had towel, shower gel and kitchen amenities.

Went for a long weekend to see the city and it’s history, really enjoyed our time, 3 days was plenty to see everything. The hotel was in a fantastic location, right near the Metro. Everyone was friendly in the hotel, and spoke English very well which was useful as our French isn’t great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, also the deposit was paid back straight away on the same day in full. Highly recommend.

Good experience is a good hotel location and facilities. Bad experience is by listening management rules in a manner of boss ordering to a servant. 100 Euro depost has not been released yet. Its already 2 weeks after checkout.

Good morning, I am really disappointed because I found the hotel under construction, I was woken up at 8 a.m. by the sound of drills outside my room. I won't come back there again.

The room is well equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, separate toilet and shower, bathtub, and balcony. It is very close to the subway station and the transportation is very convenient. The staff are warm and friendly.
