I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. 4 amazing nights and a lovely afternoon by the pool side. Pool water was cold though.

Very old hotel with a lot of things to do Works, bedding, etc… Not worth a 5 star at all

Very good experience, the hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, helping with luggage and changing change, the swimming pool is very clean, the room is comfortable and tidy, the breakfast is delicious, very suitable for vacation and leisure, very good experience, look forward to staying again in the future

There is no harm if there is no comparison. Compared with domestic and European five-star hotels in Morocco, the local five-star hotels are still a bit worse, and the breakfast content is not much.

The equipment is old and the management is poor. very average hotel The problem with old star-rated hotels is not the outdated equipment, but the management, mostly the reception team. The air conditioner in the booked room was broken. I waited for two hours before I was given a room on the first floor, but the door to the garden was still broken. In other words, anyone can come in. This place is far from the attractions, so much room for improvement!

We liked your place, the relaxed friendliness, the comfortable rooms, the beautiful architecture. And the outstanding food of the hotel buffet ... The best ...hotel 5stars The restaurant,buffet is excellent wonderful Big buffet!!!!!!!! Tabaraca and Mohamed soussi are the best in the restaurant Very kind happy and helpful Big rooms with a very nice veranda and a nice bathroom ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We read the reviews and were worried but wow it’s a beautiful hotel with great staff a great pool and a great buffet style restaurant loved every minute of our 7 days there would highly recommend it I will definitely stay there again anytime xx

This is a great hotel Achfaf the restaurant manager is wonderful . He took time to explain all the multitude of dishes and ingredients that were available during meals !!! The facilities are Top notch . I can’t wait to return . best john from Wisconsin.

Nice pool and facilities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Achraf the restaurant manager and all of his staff offer exceptional dining room experience. He explains the food with pride and enthusiasm. Very attentive. You feel welcome and known. Staff are happy and accommodating.

The hotel is beautiful, looks very new with beautiful gardens. Very lovely and caring staff who are always there to assist. I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back again. I recomnend people not to focus on bad reviews as l almost changed my mind just before booking. The hotel is one of the best l have ever been to.

Upon arrival the reception seems very nice. The tall ceiling and tiling everywhere. Ornaments are beautiful as well. However once you leave the main building it is not all that glorious. We have been showed to our room which is on the right side of adjoining building. The corridors are fairly old and worn. Doors could do with a touch of paint as well. Moved to first floor where we stayed. Upon inspection entering the room first thing that hit us the smell of sewerage, which stayed with us all the time. The doors are worn badly to where you have to force them to close. The whole room could do with a lick of paint as the walls are gray on the bottom rather that white. The other drown side of the room is pillows as they are rock hard. Room service was very good, they changed out towels and made bed sheets. Not to mentioned they moped each day as well. Staff in general were very pleasant and friendly. As far as continental breakfast it is honestly perfectly priced. You get fresh omelettes, hard boiled eggs, patisserie, cooked vegetables, general salads, jams, selection of hams and cheeses, coffees, juices and traditional teas. The down side is the menu didn’t change a touch in the entire time. We tried the dinner once and it is not much better. So we didn’t repeat. We hopped to try the Marocan restaurant but it was never open. Also the reception constantly ran out of cash so we had to exchange elsewhere. Overall it is not the worst experience but not the best either. Therefore I think 3 stars is sufficient.
