During booking, it was stated that breakfast will be served. However, in my son’s 2 days stay no breakfast was served. But instead a discount voucher at a nearby diner (DENNY’S) was given.

Great service! Quick check-in/check-out!  Note:  Use exact change or Apple Pay for the vending machines as no change is given.

Decent place for the price. There’s some small businesses around like Denny’s, Starbucks and Jack in the Box. However, the WiFi only worked on the 1st floor. I was reserved to the 4rth floor and I was here for a few days. Myself and another person staying here told the front desk but there was no change. I’ve had to use my hotspot.

Free parking which is great at this area. Little aged hotel but overall still a good choice.

Absolutely rubbish. I added breakfast in booking paid extra but i was told they can only provide juice or coffee. No customer service they cannot even provide you water in room as complementary instead asked me to buy from vending machine. Absolutely rubbish. Rooms were like jail cells if you see from outside lobby.

Location close to airport. Hotel pretty old and upkeep is very bad. Counter service is very friendly 👍

The service was not very pleasant, it seemed like I was homeless. It was a bad experience, I've never had anything like this! According to the room, it had a very bad smell and a lot of car noise and I couldn't sleep. I went down to ask if I could change rooms away from the road, they sent me to another room on the lower floor and again on the same side of the noise. It was a terrible experience that I had in every way. Look, I saw a lot of praise and that's why I chose the hotel because it was close to the airport.

Great front desk. Friendly staff.decent breakfast good coffie, onsight parking. good price for the services you get. It is under renovation.

The room is spacious with living room and bedroom, however bedroom is still smaller than others.

Only had a 2 night stay, as I had to have a close location to LAX due to a very early flight. Hotel has everything that you need for a 3 star stay, clean, staff is very helpful. 24h diner is in walking distance. Price of stay is very reasonable. Free parking available.

Very poor.. Do not recommend All kinda shady things happen here, ppl are smoking joints in the corridor, couple are fighting and trying to jump off the 4th floor. Break in the fire hydrant and the alarm goes off in the middle of the night at 3 pm.. Pathetic hotel.. never recommend

Overall, it is 4/5 considering the value of money spent and the services we received. Definitely will consider staying here again.

Receptionist was very poorly trained and not hospitable at all. Bathroom water was leaking, from upstairs and reported, not showed any concern.
