The hotel is slightly far away from Medina, but the area is very nice and quiet. It is suitable for a getaway or a retreat. Highly recommend to anyone that is going for a holiday.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service and high-quality amenities. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are magnificent, the food delicious, and the service incredible. This hotel is a true five-star luxury hotel. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff, Lahcen and Reda, who provided impeccable service with many thoughtful touches and a rarely matched kindness. Morocco and its people are very endearing with their kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible, incredible stay! Top of the top serivec in every way. We had the Park suite which was just fabulous. From Laila at check-in to Khalid at the front door, Hicham at the front desk, and Hamza and Saad in the living room, every moment at the Park Hyatt was defined by everyone's incredibly bright service and help. As two young women traveling, we felt incredibly safe going out thanks to the arrangements made by our conceirge. As a traveler who has stayed in a riad, and in the beaches of Casablanca, I will undeniably be traveling back to Morocco to visit this hotel in the future.

Fantastic hotel True 5 star experience from facilities to staff. Everyone has been very helpful troughout, the swimming pools, Spa as well as the rooms (Suites in our case) are outstanding. I Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel in Marrakech, in a romantic location, the villas are surrounded by a mesmerising garden. The suites are spacious, the bathrooms are very nice with their own courtyards and attachec small garden terraces. The pool is amazing! The restaurants offer fantastic meals, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, hats off to the chefs. The personnel in all restaurants is extremely kind, helpful and well trained. The reservation/ reception team is very slow when responding to requests, they only reply after many reminders! They also managed to delete our airport transport booking and they had no clue about it when I reminded them a day before we arrived. This is not what we expect from Hyatt. We ordered the hotel by emails with the reservation team and they confirmed final prices, without telling us that they did not include government taxes, only at checkout. I found it very unprofessional as all other hotels advise on all additional fees in asvance to be transparent. The front desk receptionist was very arrogant, too. The housekepers appear in random times, without any system. They are extremely slow and instead of actual cleaning they focused on re-organising our clothes and personal things. Also, the team which is responsible for the mini bar replacement arrived in odd times, one day at midnight! We found it very strange. Overall, our stay was amazing, and the negative sides can be easily fixed.

This hotel, in my years as a Globalist member, is the most deserving of the name ‘Park Hyatt’—and by far the best hotel experience I’ve had this year. Every single staff member I encountered,from the concierge and front desk to the spa,was polite, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Their service felt truly sincere, and I really love that feeling. It’s clear that the hotel’s management team is outstanding,what an exceptional team this is! The hotel’s hardware is excellent, and the room design beautifully blends in local Moroccan style. If you’re looking to quickly immerse yourself in an authentically Moroccan atmosphere, this hotel is the perfect choice. I’ve never seen a 24-hour spa before,this one is superb, and the pools are also open around the clock. Can you believe that? It absolutely blew me away! The gym, too, has a stunning view overlooking the golf course. Staying here washed away all the fatigue I’ve been carrying. A huge thank you to Hamza for giving me a room tour and even arranging a 6 PM late checkout for me. It was the first time I’ve ever checked out that late,I was truly touched. He even prepared a set of room keycards as a keepsake. Thank you so much. See you next year,I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience. Swept off of my feet!. The food was amazing. The rooms were so nice. Most importantly was the warm service from the team members. The manager Mr. Sbai greeted us with the warmest greeting. I could not ask for anything more

What an amazing experience, the staff is incredible, the food delicious and the hotel itself is gorgeous! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff was very attentive and willing to assist. Great people providing excellent service. The concierge service from Rafiq and Ghizlane was superb, they coordinated guided tours, desert visit and a cooking class. They assisted with a great welcome and happy birthday for our daughter (21). Staff at the restaurants were very attentive and made breakfast a treat every morning. The team of Hamza, Zakaria, Yassine, Saed in the morning along with Fatima, Zahra, Lachen (great sense of humor), Amina and Assia helped start our day right. The mint tea is delicious and their pouring skills are exceptional. The bartending skills of Abdelkarim was much appreciated, walking us through cocktails and beautiful glassware. Do yourself a favor and schedule a Hammam with Loutfiya in the spa. She knows her craft and it’s a great experience that will leave you relaxed, we each had one and couldn’t stop talking about it. The pool staff was very helpful, ensuring your space was clean, umbrella in the right place and any beverage or food orders delivered promptly. We took the cooking class with Chef Abdessamad Dandani and Chef Fatima to learn tagine recipe cooking, both veggie and chicken. They were patient, kind and shared their experiences, helping us create an excellent meal. The front desk folks were so helpful, Kimza, the front desk Manager was so attentive and kind in her approach. She ensured we had a great time and was always there to help. Overall, I highly recommend the Park Hyatt Marrakech, it’s an amazing place to visit, relax after a long day of visiting Marrakech markets and museums.

One of our best vacations, friendly staff, good food, multiple pool options and spa. The hotel also helps with curated experiences to travel Marrakesh and nearby places, the concierge drew up up an itinerary and arranged for a knowledgable driver to take us around. Restaurant staff went out of way to accommodate our dietary requirements. There is also a kids play area and nursery, where you can leave your kids if you want some peace and quiet.

I’ve stayed at several Park Hyatts, and this is certainly among, if not the, best. The facilities are outstanding, as is the service. I’m a bit perplexed by some of the other reviews’ service criticisms as I found the service to be consistently excellent. Staff at the pool, lunch, and dinner consistently remembered me and my preferences, and always made time to chat and ask how things were going, what I had planned, etc. The rooms are fantastic, modern, and luxurious. The pools are great too; I particulary enjoyed the “other” pool away from the main one as it was always quite tranquil. The food was high quality and sufficiently varied as well. I would return here in a heartbeat; highly recommend!
