City hotel with a small area, rather 3 than 4. We stayed for one night, so everything was enough, the choice of food is small, but it is enough for one day.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, liked everything
We arrived at 15:00 at the hotel and were even able to take sun loungers by the pool, which was nice, the beach is literally a 3-5 minute walk away, the center is 20-30 minutes.
The downside is the lack of parking, but this is a problem for all of Marmaris
Alcohol is normal, local Turkish, the food is also delicious
I'm staying here: price/quality 10/10

Just back from staying in this fabulous hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are just amazing. Brian on the front desk was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for him. Massive thank you to the cleaner on floor 4 as he was a gentleman and had our room spotless everyday. I would definitely recommend the onsite massage as it was fabulous. The location is great as close by the beach. Can’t wait to book again for next year.

Nice hotel in great location, plenty shops, 2 minutes from beach, plenty bars and restaurants and supermarket opposite. Good food however not a lot of choice, not great for vegetarians. We arrived 2.30am and no food or drinks on offer other than a couple of small cartons of water to make one coffee each In the room. In other hotels there is a made up salad roll/crisps and fruit with a couple of bottles of water for extremely early/late arrivals. We couldn't get WiFi in the room and this was never resolved, even although we asked several times from the first day. Could get a signal in reception and dining room but nowhere else unfortunately. There are no entertainments at this hotel which is such a shame. Staff are lovely and it's clean. Only downsides are the food, not great WiFi and no entertainments. These points could be fixed and reviews would be excellent.

This is the FIRST review I have ever wrote… so read on. AWFUL. First of all there is no way the hotel is a 4*, we wouldn’t even give it a 2.5*. The staff were so rude, not friendly and very dismissive. We are a very friendly group and felt very unwelcome here. We had water tipped on us from a balcony whilst having evening drinks, awful. I had some expensive Tiffany earrings stolen out of my room, obviously very concerned so spoke to the manager who was scrolling on instagram as I was explaining the situation how devastated I was. He literally did not care less and did not solve the issue at all! Which is absolutely disgusting. The drinks were watered down, I reckon you could drink 10 drinks and not even feel a thing it’s that bad. The food is horrific, even the cats would not eat the food!! We couldn't even eat in the hotel once for dinner, so honestly guys pay the extra and book a nicer hotel!! The sun is only around the pool 9am til 3pm as the other buildings block it! People resorted to sunbathing in the only sun spot which happened to be outside the toilets! They also messed up our rooms on arrival and gave one of us couples a tiny room when stating both rooms were the same and laughing. No entertainment, no general atmosphere I wouldn’t even take my gran there. She would be more fun. AVOID.

Me & my partner first stayed at ADA Julian Marmaris in July 2023 and couldn’t fault it so decided to book again for June 2024. Unfortunately we were totally let down from the moment we set foot in the lobby. We arrived at around 2:15am on Sunday morning expecting to be checked in and settled in with no issues. Exchanged details to the member of staff at reception to be told, very rudely that they had no record of our booking on their system and demanded to see our booking confirmation. After back and forth for 10 minutes, the member of staff called my partner back into an office to speak with the manager. 30 or so minutes passed & I went back to find him with the manager who again was saying there was no record of our booking and that easyJet hadn’t forwarded the confirmation to them. The manager was claiming there were no rooms available for us, they were fully booked until the middle of the week and they couldn’t fit us in. A lot more back and forth with the manager he managed to find us a room but it wouldn’t be available til after 3pm Sunday (it was now 3am) so we were questioning where we were supposed to be staying. The First Gentleman we spoke to at reception did manage to find us a room at a neighbouring hotel and told us to come back to Ada Julian first thing in the morning to collect our all inclusive wristbands so we could have breakfast and spend the day at the pool, we did appreciate the effort but it shouldn’t of been necessary in the first place. We did eventually get checked in on the Sunday at 3pm but it wasn’t the original room we had booked for. Unfortunately it didn’t improve by much due to all the changes that had been made since we had first visited. No indoor air conditioned bar area with ping pong table and games scattered about. Its been replaced by a Popeyes kitchen which you get smells of the fryers coming through. The atmosphere had completely changed, couldn’t sit outside of the restaurant to eat meals due to an awful smell from the road and the amount of people smoking. Food was okay, not as nice as previous visit and neither were the cocktails. Serious issue with people reserving sunbeds during the night and having to get up at 7am just to go down to try and get one otherwise it wasn’t possible. It just didn’t feel like the 4 star hotel we had stayed at less than a year before. We were left feeling disappointed and will not be returning to Marmaris for this reason. Such a shame.

Looking to be in the thick of Marmaris with shops, eateries and places to drink on your doorstep then this is the place for you. This adults only hotel is clean and tidy and mainly occupied by British tourists. We arrived just after 10pm at night and experienced a quick check in. What was disappointing is that we were offered no food on arrival or any assistance with our luggage, luckily our room was on the first floor and the lifts worked. The room was basic but comfortable. It was decorated well. What wasn’t so great it was on a busy road, the double glazing didn’t block out the road noise. We had a small balcony. Ok the positives, the sun loungers round the pool are comfortable and most get sun from 10am to 4pm. You can go to the beach and don’t pay for sun loungers also. Towels are free and can be changed daily. The food -as expected at a small hotel, it caters for most tastes. We enjoyed the salads on offer, fresh bread daily and fresh fruit. We are on day 3 of our holiday and so far the welcome and interaction from the restaurant waiting staff has been good. There is one bar, which is double sided. It offers a good selection of cocktails, local spirits and beer, plus tea and coffee. However, disappointing for us was that they did not have any rum at all!!! There is no entertainment at this hotel which I was extremely surprised about. Great if you want a chilled hotel. So the big question is would I return, and the answer to that is a resounding no, purely based on the lack of sleep due to the road noise. Even purchasing ear plugs didn’t help.

The hotel stay was pleasant overall, but I found the food to be somewhat underwhelming it wasn't as good as the last time I stayed in this hotel just around a year before this stay. It didn't quite meet the quality I was hoping. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating which made our stay more enjoyable. Rooms were nice beds bit stiff sometimes didn't get good sleep some nights. bathroom was big as well and sometimes no hot water just Luke warm water but you were able to shower at least. trying to get a sun lounger at this hotel is a joke all the sun loungers are gone by 7/8 am and there is a shortage of loungers at this hotel and the beach isn't really good either.

We stayed for 1 week, and had exceptional service from the staff. All were very Friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, as well as air conditioned. We were fortunate to be at the back of the hotel overlooking the pool. Our room was quite quiet, but I would expect rooms on the main road/front of the hotel to be noisy from the main street and bar opposite. We used the spa 3 times while staying, the manager gave us a good deal/discount for returning to have additional treatments and the ladies in the spa were amazing. Food is buffet style, breakfast was a standard Turkish expectation (their sausages and bacon are very different to what the English are used to back home, but obviously their culture doesn't allow for pork). Evening meals there was a nice variety, and they always provided chips so that always a back up option if the unusual fish bake wasn't for you. Overall very happy with our stay in regards to value for money.

Just returned from 10 night stay, absolutely no complaints, food ok, found something everyday. Rooms spacious & cleaned daily, staff lovely, especially waiters & bar staff. Excellently located. We would definitely re book here, unfortunately we heard through the grapevine that they will not be doing all inclusive for next season, that is a great shame as we would not book if this is the case. Used spa, had a Turkish bath & massage, definitely worth the money, it was fabulous. Only gripe were people were allowed to put towels on sunbeds late at night ready for following morning. I don't find this acceptable. But had a great time, so thank you ada julian.
