A great hotel and a great location with great staff… Almost nobody speaks English but it's worth it because of the translation software available today

Good location

We were touring central China from Zhangjiajie to Yichang and from Chongqing to Chengdu. Zi Yu is one of the best hotels we stayed at. The room was super clean and comfortable. The restaurant, located on the same floor as most rooms, offered delicious Sichuan cuisine at a great price. On top of all this, the staff members both at the front desk and in the restaurant were very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely stay at Zi Yu next time I come to Chengdu.

The hotel is on the top floor with a great view. There is also a garden on the roof for tea. It happened to be sunny that day and it was very comfortable. The photos are very different from the actual stay. I feel cheated. The hotel only occupies three floors in this building. The other floors are commercial and residential, and the staff is very mixed. It is difficult to wait for the elevator and you have to squeeze with others. The slippers are not disposable. As soon as you open them, you can see the oil spots on other people's slippers. They look dirty and old. I didn't dare to wear them. At night, someone threw a small ** card into the crack of the door, and there was a free byt on the bedside of the room? ? There are paid q fun items on the table? ? It's really scary for girls to stay here. It's horrible to think about it. I can only say that you should pay attention to safety when you go out. Combined with these, the hygiene situation is also quite suspicious. The hotel's toiletries are also in bottles, which are canned by yourself. The window is facing the garbage dump, but compared with the previous shock, I feel that I am no longer surprised. There is a shower next to the bed, and there is no bedside table. The space is very small. In summary, it should not be that difficult to find a normal and hygienic hotel in Chengdu at this price. Those with special needs can come.

The room is nice, and the most important thing is that there is a tea room, so you don't have to leave the hotel to chat with people. The Sichuan cuisine downstairs is average, and the youth hotpot is good. We also went to Xifei Park, which is very educational

The front desk of this hotel is on the 21st floor. I couldn't find the check-in place downstairs. I still felt it was quite upscale when I entered the lobby. I could see a landscape painting when I got out of the elevator. I found it was made of nails when I walked in. It was quite interesting. There were 4 bottles of mineral water in the room, which was very friendly for people like me who love to make tea. Overall, it was good and worth recommending!

This hotel is surprisingly good. It is on the rooftop, but it feels like a villa in the clouds. The service is very meticulous, and many details are very attentive, which is a bit touching.

It may be because of the high floor. There is no noise. The view from the room is very open. The overall feeling is very good. I will choose this hotel next time.
