Good location

We were touring central China from Zhangjiajie to Yichang and from Chongqing to Chengdu. Zi Yu is one of the best hotels we stayed at. The room was super clean and comfortable. The restaurant, located on the same floor as most rooms, offered delicious Sichuan cuisine at a great price. On top of all this, the staff members both at the front desk and in the restaurant were very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely stay at Zi Yu next time I come to Chengdu.

Lovely -- room with nice lighting, comfy bed -- and the friendly staff make this stay totally 10/10!

A thoughtful hotel with great attention to detail. The front desk collected the courier before the arrival and delivered it to the room. Free umbrellas to borrow, earplugs and mosquito repellent in the drawer. Full of care, highly recommended [strong]

The front desk of this hotel is on the 21st floor. I couldn't find the check-in place downstairs. I still felt it was quite upscale when I entered the lobby. I could see a landscape painting when I got out of the elevator. I found it was made of nails when I walked in. It was quite interesting. There were 4 bottles of mineral water in the room, which was very friendly for people like me who love to make tea. Overall, it was good and worth recommending!

This hotel is surprisingly good. It is on the rooftop, but it feels like a villa in the clouds. The service is very meticulous, and many details are very attentive, which is a bit touching.

It may be because of the high floor. There is no noise. The view from the room is very open. The overall feeling is very good. I will choose this hotel next time.

I went to Wanda with my friends and decided to have a drink in a room. I looked online and found that the rating was not high at 4.6, but there were many collections. I booked it with a try mentality. When I checked in, the front desk upgraded it for free. I liked the room very much. It was simple and warm, and there was a small bay window. Isn't this just what I wanted? The hygiene was also very clean, and they gave us fruits. It's really a treasure hotel.

We arrived at Chengdu West Railway Station at night and we took the wrong road and couldn't find the hotel. The front desk guy patiently told us how to get there. It turned out that his house was just a straight road from Exit F2 [cover face][cover face] The guy also changed our room for free. The room was clean, new, and the night view was beautiful. Chengdu is indeed the capital of food, with Sichuan cuisine, hot pot, skewers, and barbecue all included [sneak sneer][sneak sneer][sneak sneer]. I arranged this hotel near the train station, and I didn't expect to find so many treasure shops. The snack street downstairs has a rich variety of products, which makes people with choice difficulties not know where to start [grin]. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, no less than some high-end hotels, especially the donuts are delicious, the front desk service is great, recommended!

My friends always booked for me before, but I booked the room myself this time. It was different from the room I stayed in before. The front desk said that they upgraded the room type, probably because they saw me coming here several times [grin]. Fruits were delivered to the room today, which was very heartwarming. The flowers in the garden upstairs are very beautiful.
