Very friendly and welcoming reception. We had the privilege of staying in a suite, an upgrade offered by the hotel because we were there for the first time, because they had a suite available and they wanted to offer an upgrade to our reservation. Room is very clean and good size. I also liked the welcoming sweet treat in the room. However, if you come in this hotel, don’t check into rooms 209. The views are not great. All my friends who are above this floor have lovely views though. Also be warmed that you will hear all that the neighbour above you is doing; footsteps, water flushing, doors closing or opening, coughing…

I arrived late due to a flight delay but the reception is open 24hrs, wonderful warm and friendly welcome made simple but previously completed online check in. All staff were very friendly and helpful and i will happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

There was nothing to complain for. The place is perfect and worth it to stay. I was leaving earlier from my check-in time and they provided me breakfast box before I leave. Appreciate their working style and attitudes. Thanks!

This is our second stay at this hotel, which we always enjoy. The decoration of the rooms and common areas is superb. The room is clean and well equipped with a large bed whose mattress is quite firm. The staff is very friendly, especially the waiter in the restaurant. There is a car park, be careful access and the places are quite narrow. Breakfast and dinner are in the form of a fairly complete buffet,

O hotel é confortável, mas simples. A casa de banho é bem simples. O pequeno almoço bem servido e os funcionários bem simpáticos. O hotel possui um pequeno parque de estacionamento. No nosso caso pq temos um SUV tivemos dificuldades em colocá-lo lá pq as vagas são muito estreitas. Mas na rua tb tem lugares para parar o carro.

Um hotel repleto de serviços e atividades. Bem localizado, junto à praia da Vieira. O quarto era cómodo, bem decorado e limpo, o buffet era variado e a comida era saborosa. O Spa também era tranquilo e tinha inclusive hidomassagem (pena só se poder passar 1 hora por dia neste local). O hotel tinha animação e espetáculos de entretenimento. A melhor parte foi mesmo existir um parque aquático pertencente ao local (na data em que estivemos alojados nem tivemos de pagar o bilhete, o que foi excelente). Além disso, o staff era simpático e disponível.

Atendimento muito bem cuidado, não é hotel de pressas nem aglomerado de pessoas. Ambiente muito "zen". Quartos de consideráveis dimensões, e todo o hotel muito bem decorado. Ao circular pelo hotel percebe-se o porquê da categoria 3 estrelas. Restaurante em serviço buffet. Sem barulhos, apesar de ser par des meias com a estrada nacional. WiFi gratuito, estacionamento gratuito. O que mais se pode querer para descansar.....

O hotel quase passa despercebido na rua onde se localiza, mas a partir do momento em que nele entramos, a sensação é de bom gosto e conforto. O quarto era ótimo, muito espaçoso, com muita luz e as camas e almofadas fantásticos. Casa de banho ótima. Pedi quarto junto a elevador para a minha mãe idosa não ter de caminhar muito e não só tiveram isso em atenção como atribuiram um quarto para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Muito atenciosos. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso com muita diversidade e abundância. Jantámos no restaurante e as opções eram muito boas, bem como a seleção de sobremesas. Estacionamento próprio e também na rua. Excelente wifi.
