I must say this hotel is really well convenient to BTS Chitlom station. About 8-10min walk and u have to walk inside, and 7-11 is nearby BTS. Bed is super comfortable with shower amenities provided. However staff can be improved with better service attitude at times, as I was there when the earthquake happened.

Stayed for two nights with breakfast. Location was nesr the shopping malls and convenient.

Its near but not near central world. Room was quite large and amenities are ok. Service is a notch below the hotels I’ve stayed in bangkok (same tier or lower). Hotel has shelter all the way to centralworld but it takes around 7-10mins of walking. Overall, ok. not great.

The hotel is a bit dated but clean. Staff are excellent very welcoming. The gym wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. Indoor pool looks a bit shabby especially compared to the photos. Great location next to BTS station.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel that exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly courteous, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with any requests. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The property is a little dated but it's clean overall. Location wise, it's pretty convenient as it's about a 3-5 mins walk to the Skywalk which connects you to Chitlom BTS or CentralWorld.

Overall a good stay with friendly staffs. Except that the pillow was a little too flat. The drainage system in the toilet seems a little clog as the water doesn’t seem to flow after shower. The temperature of water in shower is not consistent. Sudden cold and change to hot even you did not adjust the temperature. The air-con in the room is not very cold.

The hotel staffs are friendly and location is super.  Near to World Trade Center and Pratunam within walking distance.  Breakfast is fantastic lots of variety and taste good.

Nice hotel, very good location. The only downside is, the traffic on the Main Street could be horrible, was stuck in the traffic jam for more than 30mins.

Good location, slightly less than 5 mins walk to Chit Lom BTS station and within walking distance to a number of shopping malls. Room is clean and quite spacious. Very courteous and helpful staff. They allow us to check in about 1.30pm.
