UN PERSONNEL SOURIANT PARLANT TRÈS BIEN FRANÇAIS MAIS LES DEUX POINT TRÈS MAUVAIS  SONT LA CHAMBRE PMR SUR LE PALIER DIRECTEMENT EN ACCÈS ASCENSEUR ET SURTOUT ACCÈS DE TOUS LES AUTRES CLIENTS QUI AVEC OU SANS ENFANTS N'ONT PAS DE RESPECT POUR LES PERSONNES DES CHAMBRES.  LE PERSONNEL DE SOIR QUI EST JUSTE EN DESSOUS (ÉTAGE NON FERME) ENTEND LES ENFANTS, COURIR ET CRIER NE DISENT RIEN ET CE Jusqu'à 23H 30. REPAS QUI EST DIT RESTAURANT EST PLUS UN SNACKING QU'UN RESTAURANT RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX TROP CHER MAIS DÉPANNE D'où le tarif surement. Dommage, car les chambres sont grandes et propre avec un personnel d'accueil et de restauration très souriant.

Great value for money, the room was very big and clean. This hotel is perfect to travelers by car. The receptionist was kind and helpful.

The location is good if you have a car, is not close (walking distance) to the city, but at the same time really good location. Service is just fantastic, everyone was nice with us and welling to help if we asked for something. the Snack bar (cafeteria) staff is the best of the best, as well as the housekeeping staff. The only bad thing was the AC, we have no idea if it was "warm" because the new ordinance or because something else, but unfortunately the hotel's location is so close to a highway, the room was quiet and good, but we try to sleep a little bit cooler, and with the window open was just imposible

Overall, the hotel is very nice. We booked the included breakfast, which was very varied, including fruit, eggs, sausages, juices, pastries, etc. The hotel's location is good, but because it's close to the highway, you can hear some traffic at night, although it's not excessive. The hotel has a restaurant and cafe, which is very convenient if you arrive at night, where you can have dinner. The staff is also excellent. Excellent value for money.

The establishment is clean, comfortable and very well attended, the price is SPECTACULAR, although it is close to the road it is perfectly isolated, I recommend it without hesitation to explore the area which is BEAUTIFUL

Since Ibis Irun was supposedly fully booked on Trip, I took this hotel for almost the same price. It is perhaps 1 km from the Ibis and therefore also from the important gas station. It has a small garden and looks very classy. The rooms are spacious. In contrast to the Ibis, however, the rooms are noisy. Breakfast is significantly more expensive at €12 and perhaps better. The WiFi worked most of the time. There are enough parking spaces. I had a few issues with the wayward shower. Once again I got a cold shower from the top, which is probably due to the cold water in the pipe upstairs. I didn't manage to close it so quickly either (photo)

We liked it a lot, the service was great, we will return.

I went with my husband to spend a few days in Irun and we stayed at the hotel. We really liked the hotel, the rooms and the service. I recommend it.

The hotel is always great for us when we travel with our dog. The rooms are always very clean. The staff was very friendly and the food was also delicious. There is a forest nearby for dog walks and plenty of lawns for dog walks. Since we are always passing through, this hotel is perfect as it is right on the highway.
