I lived in Danxia Double room. It's super value my money. The room is clean with wonderful facilities. There is city view terrace with laundry machines, hanging area. In the room, modern projector screen for your entertaining time. Nice bed, pillows, a sofa next to the bed and lovely alpaca doll. Bathroom, there is transparent partition separate toilet and showering space. No need to bring soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and hair dryer.

Very spacious and nice terrace with great views. Comfy bed. Included daily cleaning (which surprised me). Check-in process a bit confusing without knowing any Chinese (I asked a lady at some kind of building reception, which kindly took me to the 10th floor of a completely different building). Doesn't exactly match the pictures of what I booked on trip.com (no TV, just projector that never was quite bright enough even at night. Terrace was in a different position). No pool because of rainy season.

This was our second time there. We liked it so mich the first time that we came back again :)

I stayed at this place in Xishuangbanna, and while it’s not exactly a traditional hotel, it felt more like a short-stay apartment rental. The room came with free pickup service from the airport or railway station, which was very helpful — although we did have to wait a little bit for the driver. A friendly lady eventually found us at the drop-off point near the building and took us to the room. There’s no reception or extra facilities — it’s just the room itself. The room is starting to show some signs of wear, but overall it was still comfortable and acceptable for a short stay. The location is actually great: it’s within walking distance to the famous night market, making it easy to explore in the evenings. My stay happened during the Songkran Festival, so the whole area was full of energy, water fights, and celebrations. Because of this, my experience might be a little biased — things were messier and livelier than usual, but it added to the fun! If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place and don’t mind a no-frills experience, this is a good option — especially during festival time!

Perfect comfortable clean big room nice view

I was in this hotel for five days and it was amizing it near the night market and have evry thing you need in it and the rooms are big

The hotel reception is very difficult to find (no sign outside the building). Apart from that, the hotel location is excellent. Room is clean and spacious and staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely worth the price (just hard to find the reception)

Absolutely loved this apartment! Very spacious and a gorgeous balcony!! Contacted the owner through WeChat who met us outside the Accomodation to take us to the room, would definitely stay again if we were in the area

Amazing location in the alive center of Jinghong! The place is hard to find, no indication. The pool and it’s views are great! A bit crowded and not enough long chairs. Otherwise the rest is amazing and room is very clean! Recommend

Please note, the photos were taken by a professional and retouched with software. They give the impression of a luxury building. This is not the case at all. You can see this in the photos I'm posting. Furthermore, the building's soundproofing is not good at all. You can hear doors slamming, people talking or making phone calls in the hallway. I imagine during peak season... You should also know that this is not a hotel, but studios in a building. I booked this studio because the ad listed a pool. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told the pool wasn't available. There was another pool, but it costs money. I explained that I could have been notified when I booked, rather than once I arrived. That way, I could have canceled. Also, the apartment description says there's a TV. One photo shows a large screen opposite the bed. Unfortunately, I didn't have a TV! The mattress smells a bit of cigarette smoke. There are also traces of urine on the rim of the toilet bowl (see photo). Positive points: a washing machine and a well-appointed studio. In addition, the housekeeper brings water every day and offers to clean. A vehicle also came to pick me up when I arrived in the city. I paid 18 euros for two nights because it was the low season. The price is quite reasonable for the location and wouldn't have been outrageous if the information in the ad and the photos weren't inaccurate.
