Front desk staff (one male and two females) was unwelcoming, and was lack of courtesy, when we checked in at 4:45 pm, July 13 2024. It's obvious the staff was in lack of hospitality training.

Delicious, this hotel is a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian street, and there are many places to eat. Parking is also very convenient. The hotel is very close to the train station, but not noisy at all.

I like to live in Atour in cities other than first- and second-tier cities. The service of this Atour in Maoming is very good. I arrived at the store after 8 o'clock in the evening with the cold wind blowing. The guy at the front desk was enthusiastic, sincere, professional, and efficient. He upgraded the Jimu Superior Double Room on the 17th floor for free, and also thoughtfully delivered heated bottled water. When we checked out the next day, the lady at the front desk also thoughtfully brought bottled water for us to drink on the way.
