It’s a little older than I expected and the room smelled like bug spray. There were roaches crawling around everywhere.

Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was good. SM next door for good coffees. Staff very attentive.

My family had fun staying at this place though it would to much fun to have a pool for kids to play in. Overall, the service was great, the transaction was easy, and the food was not bad.

Stayed at 18th flr. Staff are always courteous and rooms are well maintained. Breakfast food is delicious.

Typical Japanese Business Man Hotel.... All that I needed.... Super views from the 13th floor Nice breakfast... Next to a great shopping mall and supermarket.

The location of the hotel is close to sm jmall and it has all you need such as restaurants, supermarkets

This is our to go hotel when we are in Cebu. Place is good, very nice and polite people. It would have been good though if they have a microwave in our room as listed in their site.

This hotel is just getting down as the people doesn't like this hotel as their policy is just horribly wrong, 1st make sure to check if you booked a single or double room otherwise you and your guest will be harrash by thier goons in front of the elevator on the3rd floor were the hotel lobby is, this is scam hotel, been travelling around the globe varies fron 5 star to nostar hotel and its always come 2 guest allow every room. But this hotel will squess you out for morepayment as much as possible. I couldn't that they are this strick. I will never come back this hotel and dont recommed stay away from this hotel.

The price is reasonable, clean and big rooms, toilet is Japanese upgraded type, free bfast for children 12yrs old and below, staffs are always so welcoming, greets with a smile and a singing tone while greeting...overall it's worth it. Will definitely book again soon...🙏🏻❤️💪🏻
