To be honest there is nothing to complain about. Room is perfect, the view as well, the room huge and it’s pretty clean

Such a nice place, it has a original decoration, the room is so spacious you could easily spend a long stay here. There is a convenient washing machine, and an incredible view on the city ! It was nice spending some time reading by the window. You could cook some simple dishes but we didn’t try.

This is my second time staying here and again it was a wonderful experience. The service was again incredible, the view was amazing and the room satisfied all my needs. An excellent affordable option in the city and I will definitely use it again.

The first room given to me was not the room I actually booked so he then changed it. The overall cleanliness is not good and it’s old. It needs a deep cleaning and some touch ups. It’s a pity if it will not be well maintained. Overall still a good option for its price and they will help with anything they can to make your stay comfortable.

I stayed here because it was close to Dalian Station, had high reviews, and was within my budget. It is located on Tianjin Street next to the old Ramada Hotel. You can enter through the revolving door next to the subway, but the official entrance is through the door on the side. You need to open the door with a special card to get to the elevator, but residents are frequently coming and going, so you can just go in. The front desk is right there when you get off on the 9th floor. The owner was very kind and enthusiastic. He will tell you the Wi-Fi ID and how to lock the door in your room via WeChat. If you are staying multiple nights, you can request cleaning via chat every morning. The room was luxurious and had a great view. The shower temperature and water volume were fine. It was quiet at night and I slept well. Considering the location, facilities, and price, I would like to use it again next time.

The room is clean, there is everything you need for living. I lived on the 26th floor, the water is always hot and immediately, a beautiful view of part of the city and the sea. The owner is a wonderful person, very positive, he met me at the entrance to the building, took my luggage, took me to my room, immediately sent me to my phone, the Wi-Fi number, gave me the keys to the room and the entrance to the front door; he was always in touch when questions arose, everything was resolved instantly!
