I stayed here with my brother and we enjoyed our stay. It’s located very near (within walking distance) of a small mall (Parkmall, a very simple mall with a lot of food establishments a National Bookstore, and a Savemore grocery store), and fairly near SM JMall (around 2km away). The amenities are good, but I think it lacks sockets. There is one by the coffee maker, one of the lamps, and under the room phone socket in between the beds, but that one doesn’t work.
Upon entering the hotel, you are required to place your bags and belongings in a tray and put it through the X-ray machine, which is good for extra safety but can feel a little bit annoying at times (I don’t like the machine flaps touching my things and just tolerate it at airports since it’s required).
The staff was able to get us a room upgrade for free and followed my request of 2 beds instead of a queen -sized bed, which I requested in advance; although my request of a room near an elevator was not able to be accommodated as all the other rooms were occupied.
Service is good and they were able to get me an adapter (which I tried to use to get the power socket near the bed to work), but delivery was quite slow.
Overall, I would recommend bai hotel for its location, friendly staff, and amenities offered (just wish that the outlet near the bed worked).
The hotel room I've booked seems quite different from what I saw online. However, they were very accommodating and easy to approach. My big concern is that the vicinity is quite old and somehow a bit outdated. Nevertheless, the entire facility was solemn and restful when we (My Mom, my Aunt, and I) stayed there. The breakfast was sort of good, because they've offered a buffet style dining. But I get a little disappointed when they didn't honor my request for a cup of green tea when we arrived.

Highly Recommended for middle-class: Just as good as our last stay in 2015. For less than 60 USD/night, it offers everything we needed and wanted. Based on its simplicity, this may only be a 2 or 3 star hotel, but the service and courtesy of the staff is 5-star. Peso for Peso (dollar for dollar), it's the best value of any hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Location: 5-7km from Mactan. At 7pm on a Thursday, it took me 15 minutes to drive to Dohera via the new bridge. The drive back to Mactan, on a weekday morning took 30mins via the ”old” bridge. Our Room: Two queen beds for three nights: P7500 ($150USD) total. We stayed on two separate occasions at the front and back end of our vacation to Cebu. Rooms were clean and modern (though the carpeted floors did not pass my ”white-sock” test). Beds are simple and comfortable. Ref, but no microwave. Bathroom is modern and extremely clean: Excellent hot/cold water pressure in a beautiful, glass-enclosed shower. Toiletries provided. Television is modern with many channels. Breakfast Included: 100% fantastic buffet style (self-serve). There were, usually, two protein dishes -- (tocino, longanisa, pork belly, chicken, fried fish, etc), steamed and garlic-fried rice, congee, a vegetable dish, breads for toasting, fresh fruit and fruit cups, coffee and water. Lunch/Dinner: In the restaurant/lobby. Room-service is available. As we only ate the included breakfast, we cannot comment on price. However, due to our experience with breakfast, we can presume the other food to be the same high quality. Snacks-Expensive: Coffee is free and available 24hrs. Beer, soda and other snacks are very expensive. Bottled water is P50 (same size/brand is P15 at 7-11). A can of soda is P80 (more than double the price of the 7-11 across the street). WiFi: Free in-room WIFI Pool: Various depths from 50-150cm. It's outdoors but sheltered from the sun-- a big plus for us. Parking: Limited, but free. Ball Room/Conference Room: We observed a wedding reception during our stay. We took a quick peek upstairs as guests were arriving; nicely prepared. The staff took excellent care of the wedding party, without ignoring the other hotel guests.

Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. Wireless internet access (surcharge) is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a rice cooker and blackout drapes/curtains, and housekeeping is provided daily.
There are Japanese restaurants, cafes and Korean restaurants. There is also a 7-Eleven on the same premises, so it was very convenient.
I recommend the ramen shop on the premises.
The only disappointment is that the Wi-Fi signal is poor in some rooms.
Bed cleaning room table setting food and beverage how to manage how to clean how to change bed**** clean the bathroom put right things in the closet preparing food how to handle the guests thank you 😊
Check in and check out process were both smooth. Staff were very nice, helpful and smiley. The room was neat and clean. Everything was good except for the damp smell. I also saw one tiny cockroach near the closet. Location wise, very convenient as it is close to shops, restaurants and banks. Overall it was a good stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

Outstanding
This property is a newer construction but on the smaller scale for room size. It is located right off a main road and has a 24/7 security at the gate which is great and is always in constant communicaton with the front desk and bell hop. Warm hot breakfast is offered with omelette options at a very reasonable price. The highlight is if you ask for a capuchino my oh my will you be served a beautiful message in your coffee. It was incredible to be able to get this for a few days. It was the highlight of my morning everyday, a beautiful positive message in my coffee! Philip is to be acknowleged for making my stay so sweet. He assisted me in every request I had and arranged for in room massages also mani/pedi at a local place meeting my standards he is very well knowledged and provides outstanding customer service. Thank you for making our stay so incredible and unforgettable!! I loved how this property was centrally localized between Mactan and Cebu City so I was in the middle and could go anywhere within a short $5 Grab ride. Thanks again for the incredible Philippino hospitality!!
GGuest UserThe hotel is cozy, clean and the staffs are all very accommodating especially Denev and Rona of Front Desk! They are really kind and provided satisfactory service to the guest. Kudos to Rona who helped me to take photos, she so kind and helpful and always smiling which can lighter the ambiance and contribute a positive vibes.. A mentioned to Deneb as well who made my heart flatter with his accommodating voice and gesture especially during breakfast. I will definitely comeback on my next business trip next month!
GGuest UserLooks better online than when you see it yourself. Rooms and furniture are old, uncomfortable bed, aircon can't be adjusted so room is too cold with it on and too hot with it off. Noise from machinery and heavy traffic road outside makes sleeping difficult. Water in the shower works OK but never gets hot. Rooms don't get cleaned every day. Breakfast tastes OK but portions too small - better to eat outside but not many choices in walking distance from the hotel.
MMariThe hotel is good for travelers who just need a place to sleep in for a night or two, especially if you will be spending most of your days outside, like us. It is not that far from the airport and the pier. There is a pharmacy just outside and Jollibee across the street. The room i and my companions got is large enough for us. There are towels, shampoo sachets, soaps, tooth brushes with toothpaste, glasses and cups provided. There is no bottled water but there is a water dispenser outside the room so bring a tumbler with you. The bathroom is okay though it needs to be renovated in my opinion. Hot shower sometimes does not work. The beds are large but it creaks when you move. So if you are more accustomed to hotels with great facilities this is not for you. The hotel is a good place for its price, and have simple amenities, if your purpose is just like ours. Finally, I commend the staff, they are very accomodating.
GGuest UserWe had a late and delayed flight but grateful the van (free airport shuttle) waited for us. The lobby was simple & check-in was easy. Before going up to our room, they asked us to get the amenities we need (dental kits, shaving kits & combs). We stayed at the Twin C Room, it has a big ref, kitchen sink, tv, microwave, dining table & chairs & 2 big beds. The bathroom was like the ones in Japan, compact & small. There were no cabinets too. The beds were comfortable to sleep on & the ac was working well. Breakfast was served in what was like a cafeteria hall, it was supposed to be plated but it was served buffet style, breakfast menu was simple. It changes everyday. Location of the hotel is superb & convenient because its connected to J Centre Mall and there were pharmacies, banks, convenience stores & a spa nearby. Happy to have our massage there. The hotel was also beside the Skywater theme park but unfortunately it was indefinitely closed. Checkout was easy too. They allowed us to leave our luggage because we have a late flight, we just came back for it. We weren’t able to avail of the free shuttle going back to the airport because we weren’t able to book a day before (it’s not automatic even if they have your flight information), good thing we have relatives to bring us to the airport. Overall, price was reasonable and we had a nice & comfortable stay here.
GGuest UserI'm actually quite sad to have to write this review as I have been a good customer of this hotel for many years. The service, food, rooms and rates used to be a 5 out of 5 experience everytime. Unfortunately this has dramatically changed, the food is awful now and the room service arrives in a take out box with plastic utensils, yet they still charge an additional fee! The TV and channel selections are never working properly, the rooms have not seen a lick of paint ... ever. Water pressure is no good, towels are old and close to their end of life, no toiletries or bottled water in the room oh and they give you 1 pillow, if you request more than 1, they will charge you. As I said it's sad to see. The one saving grace is the service in the bar and restaurant from the staff that have known us for many years. The new hires simply don't care or are not being managed properly. Also they fill the place with OJT to save money, though I understand this, you can't completely staff a hotel with inexperienced staff just to save a few pisos. Disappointed.
NniurguiankaRoom is good for the price we got. Like a small apartment with a private shower. But it was a bit dirty, some hairs on the floors, towels are not clean enough. Location is perfect, quite. Many shops, bars, cafes are around by 10 mins walking.
TTpeiThe signboard of the hotel was Moriyama Hotel, so it's probably a Japanese owner.
There was a snack and coffee service not found in other Red Doors.
The staff were very friendly and comfortable, even though it was half the price of the big hotel I stayed the day before.
You have to walk a little to fast food shops, calenderia and convenience stores
GGuest UserThe place was ok but the water quality is terrible. Room i got which is 319 is terrible, it has no aircon remote to regulate the temperature, one of the window is a bit open and couldnt even close because it doesnt have a handle. Shower tubes are rusty. If you shower the whole bathroom floor will be wet. They even demand to leave my ID with them! When i argue that i never leave my ID they asked me for a 500php safety deposit which later end up them photocopying my ID.
GGuest UserCompared to Japan, I was concerned about the hygiene for the price.
The room was large! The location was difficult to find, there were many buildings with similar names, and the grab taxi initially took me to the wrong place.
