Extremely poor hotel, I am surprised it has a reasonable rating. Everything in the room was broken. TV remote not working so TV stuck on one channel, can just unplug to turn off. Bathroom smelt bad, mirror broken, no towel given, toilet flush broken completely. Overall just a terrible experience, and I am not normally fussy. Better to spend a little more and stay in a more strategic location, there are many nice hotels in Manado

The service is very good, the cleanliness of the room is always tidied up every day, close to the city center, the largest mall in Manado, just walk 10 minutes and you'll arrive.. can view the city view, If it's approaching morning you can see Mount Lokon from the room window.. like a peak view..

For the toilet, I want to defecate but there is no water. Many roofs, walls, etc. are about to come off.

The condition of the room is okay, but when I arrived in the room there were no towels or mats, then I asked for a towel and was told to wait when it arrived and the towel had a hole in it. Just stay here for a day... the location is okay, there are many places to eat, just walk away

The price is very cheap. It is best to bring your own personal toiletries. There was a massage downstairs. When we took a taxi later, the driver asked why we were staying here. He said this was the best place. 😥
