Guest was not inform before hand, that during check in they need to fill in declaration form and pay a deposit of RM200 using bank transfer. And kitchen and toilet facilities are old and worn. Washing machine was provided but no dryer... clothes unable to dry overnight.

The rooms are spacious n clean

Before booking, I thought it was a hotel-style apartment, and there would be someone to assist with check-in or hand over the keys. After arriving, I found out that it was not. No one paid attention to you or assisted with check-in and gave you the keys. First of all, the check-in application process is very complicated. After arriving, the phone could not be connected. I could only contact the non-existent customer service by text message on WhatsApp. After contacting, there was no immediate prompt on how to check in. They said that the customer service was busy and asked me to contact them again in 15 minutes. I could only feed mosquitoes downstairs🦟. After a while, the customer service finally responded and coldly told me that I needed to submit the check-in application according to the link, review my passport and filled in the information, and waited and fed mosquitoes again. When I got here, I was already bitten by a lot of bags. The mosquitoes in Malacca are very strong. After being bitten, I will itch for several days. When I go out to travel during the day, I will itch when the sun is exposed. It is recommended that you bring mosquito repellent spray and bite ointment. After submitting the check-in review information, it does not mean that you will get the door password and key immediately. You need to wait for the customer service to review it. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, when all the mosquitoes in the circle were fed, they informed that the review was passed and sent the password for getting the key. Yes, you need to go to the mailbox at the security booth at the gate to get the key yourself. You have to drag a lot of luggage and go back to the gate to get the key. The whole process of being able to contact the customer service + submitting the check-in application + review + getting the key took almost an hour. I have never seen such a complicated and inefficient check-in process. We arrived at more than 7:00 in the evening, and we had plenty of time to cooperate with their complicated process. If you arrive in the middle of the night, the possibility of you being able to contact the customer service or being able to check in may be very small. Since the check-in process and the key collection process are so complicated, can the hotel display the text description on the page or inform the reservation person by email after placing the order, the entire handling process, fortunately we contacted this basically non-existent customer service, if we could not contact or there was no what's app, would we have to sleep on the street? After finally getting in, the towel was extremely dirty. I don't know what it was wiped with. The door of the master bedroom bathroom was broken and there was a big hole. The bathroom door could not be locked at all. When going to the bathroom, the doors on both sides were ventilated. I felt extremely unsafe when taking a shower, fearing that the door would be pushed open all of a sudden. The environment and sanitation were really average. The master bedroom faces the street, and the sound of motorcycles rumbling on the street is heard all night. If you have trouble sleeping, you really can't stay here, because you will not be able to sleep, and you will be woken up by the rumbling of motorcycles as soon as you fall asleep, over and over again, all night. In short, the stay experience is really average, and I don't know how it got this rating.

There is a hypermarket opposite and close to major attractions. You can reach it by walking a few more steps. The hypermarket is right opposite and you can spend most of your time during the day. Unfortunately, the room is right next to the road and the motorcycles are very noisy. It was late at night.

The hotel is reasonably priced and the rooms are clean, but it's a bit difficult to contact the staff.

The room is very clean and renovated. The location is good. It is very convenient to take a taxi to anywhere. It is suitable for family travel

The environment is good, the house is very clean and the check-in procedure is not too troublesome. Highly recommended.
