Unable to adjust the fan speed of the aircon. Therefore it was blasting throughout our stay. Location, food and service were good.

The room is big & spacious...The view from the room was great. Can see the melaka city centre...

We stayed for 5 nights at the Pines. We booked the Junior Suite and the room was sizable, clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and the aircon is good. Travelling around was easy from the hotel via Grab. However, I have the following feedback regarding the hotel:- a) The hotel restaurant did not serve dinner and on rainy days, it is very inconvenient for the hotel guests to travel out to have dinner. b) We asked for umbrellas so we could go out for dinner but the hotel reception told us that they have only one umbrella and that it is spoilt. A little disappointed that the 4-star hotel did not even have functional umbrellas that the guest could borrow. c) There was no lounge deck chairs at the pool area which is not quite what I expected. d) The gym was stuffy and smelly as the aircon was not on even during operating hours. e) The WiFi was unreliable and sometimes there is no connectivity at all. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on the above.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are big. Suitable for families with kids. The parking convenient as its sheltered and directly in the hotel building. There are EV chargers (need to pay) as well for guest with EV car. It’s unfortunate that the pool closes at 7pm and they don’t have any food options in the evening. Nonetheless my family had a pleasant time at this hotel.

The hotel room is clean, comfortable, and well-designed. It offers a cozy bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and modern amenities. A quiet atmosphere, effective air conditioning, and a spotless bathroom enhance comfort. Extras like blackout curtains, good lighting, and secure locks contribute to a safe, restful, and enjoyable stay.

Smooth check in, bedroom was spacious. we booked for 2 king bed. I love the shower gel, smell like in spa. 🥰 My second time booked the pines, we just love the location and the facilities provided. will come again next time visiting melaka.

I had a wonderful experience at The Pines Hotel Melaka! The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, close to shopping malls and attractions like Jonker Street.The rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers!

Very nice environment and comfortable to stay with the hotel staff very friendly and welcoming.

Good stay with valid price despite the location near to all tourist attractions, very spacious room and great amenities. The parking is also very sufficient even coming back at late hours.Will be back again

Room is big and spacious. There’s total 4 lifts, but 1 under maintenance. It takes awhile to go up or down. Staffs are friendly.
