Clean, best hotel close to harram,

Everything was good Al'hamdu'lillah, only issue I had was the checkout time which was 14:00 and the hotel management were asking us to leave at 12:00. Hotel workers were very nice though.

Location is okay for solo travellers, just a bit far than expected. The street from Haram to the hotel is very busy. Room is overall nice but I smelled smoke at times, not sure if my room was smoking/nonsmoking room.

Overall a good stay for the price. Pros: Location and staff were fantastic. Very helpful and good customer service. Room service guys were always ready to help and extremely friendly. Cons: management plz take note that you have excellent staff already in place. Please update rooms /especially bathrooms because the shower cubicles are tiny and cause water to cover the bathroom floor, and they are a little dated. A makeover will take this place easily to a 4 star hotel. Conclusion: A comfortable stay and worth the money i paid.

The hotel it self is good and location is good aswell with all shops closeby and haram is 10-15 mins away. The issue is with the reception staff especially ladies working there are the worst people, dealing with customers they weren’t cooperative and lacked good communication skills which are needed for receptionist job. Apart from reception nightmare the hotel is good option to stay.

Good things about the hotel are 1. Location very near to Haram, almost 8-10 minutes walk till you actually go inside the Haram. 2. Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner Available in the property. 3. Very Good look when you enter inside hotel. 4. TV and 24/7 Haram View 5. Working Kettle 6. Fridge in Room Things to keep in mind before selecting this hotel are : 1. No room keeping service as you have specially go to counter and ask for room service. 2. Don’t answer the phone present in the room. 3. No Water bottles in room 4. Give you a special letter before your check out day, a letter they put a day before you have to check out, inside below your door. Saying today is your checkout and then leave around 1200 5. Booking details shows the checkout time is 0200 but over there the checkout time is 1200 , it really have to make me wait more in the hotel. 6. On the checkout day, the room keeping person specially come for checking as you are going out or not. 7. No things are present for making tea or coffee but there is kettle in the room 8. The toilet is small. 9. When need to take shower please take the lid off from the water draining hole as I was not aware of that and there was flood in the toilet first and then my room. So it was difficult to mange at first 10. They don’t store your luggage for few hours after checkout as they say it’s not their responsibility.

It’s a fair and reasonable hotel. A bit of walk for me. The breakfast variety was poor. Who eats rice, mince meat and lentil in breakfast. No fruits at all. It was more of lunch then breakfast.

The hotel was near (approx 1.1 km) from Masjid AlHaram entrance. Washroom was a bit small and slow draining in shower area.

The Location is very near to Haram , few minute walk to Masjid Haram  The hotel Is New and Clean , Specially the lobby is big and Fresh Smile , Got Nice Massage Chairs  The room is Clean and Beds are comfortable . The wash room is small specially the shower .  Recommend Hotel  Checkin is fast and welcoming Specially the two Guys named   Sultan Zahrani and Abdul Ghani  Appreciated these Guys , they were so nice to me

It's a very good budget hotel, 10-15 minutes walk to haram. It's nice and clean with all amenities nearby. The breakfast was pretty decent, kids enjoyed the sweet bakery items but their Chana Daal was outstanding😘 Negative: The washroom was very outdated and small. The fixtures like basin, shower holder, shampoo and hand-wash holder in washroom are wobbly so you got to be careful.

Worth the price, i was with my friend in there. If you like to walk it’s actually close enough to haram area
