The Location is very near to Haram , few minute walk to Masjid Haram  The hotel Is New and Clean , Specially the lobby is big and Fresh Smile , Got Nice Massage Chairs  The room is Clean and Beds are comfortable . The wash room is small specially the shower .  Recommend Hotel  Checkin is fast and welcoming Specially the two Guys named   Sultan Zahrani and Abdul Ghani  Appreciated these Guys , they were so nice to me

The hotel was very good, the staff was also very good, and the cleanliness was also good, just the location is a bit far, the location is a bit far, but you can find all the food and drink at the front of the hotel, and you can ten You reach the holy shrine in 16 minute walking.

During my stay at your hotel, I was impressed by the services provided by Mr. Arif Husain ( room Service). His professionalism , promptness, and friendly demeanor made my visit truly comfortable and enjoyable. Employee like him reflect the high standard of the hotel. Plz extend my appreciation to him. However, I would suggest that reception staff should improve their English and guest support skill to improve the overall standard. Thanks

Well clean and preferable. Very closed to Makkah. Food and necessary all items are available near hotel.

10min walk to makka tower . Professional staff members. Many Bangladeshi team members. All of them very kind and understanding. Has problems with the shower 🚿 they changed our room straight away . Better breakfast.

I ordered with breakfast for 2 days but at the hotel I couldn't have breakfast but my credit card was deducted for the meal

Cleanliness: There is daily cleaning service. The rooms and hotel look very clean and new. Location: Walk from the hotel to Masjid Haram. It takes about 10 minutes. It's not very far. There are shops and people passing by along the side of the road. Service: Excellent service There's no problem. All employees are lovely. WiFi signal throughout the building, both in rooms and in hotel areas. Amenities: In the bathroom there is a hair dryer, shampoo and soap, 3 towels, a kettle, and a cloth for prayer. There is a hanger. And a safe that is inside the clothes, a cool air conditioner, a soft bed and a comfortable bedside lamp. Everything is complete here and there is a mini refrigerator as well.
