Suitable for young people looking to experience performing Umrah independently. A peaceful atmosphere with excellent service.

The service was amazing , the restaurant was perfect , international cuisine moroccan food was the best , the view was incredible , the restaurant manager was respectful , the staff in the pic and baggage staff ( zin islam ) i think his name , the whole experience is great my only comment about the security guys that you hired during ramadan not respectful , the hotel administration need to guide this guys how to communicate with guests.

Good Hotel but when you want to go to Haram then 2 hours early you need to take the shuttle bus because you need a transfer bus then walk to reach Haram Nearly 1 hour of any prayer close the gate to enter Haram inside the hall When you want to go back to the hotel from Haram you still need 1 hour The rooms are good the breakfast is very good the staff is also good

Wonderful experience upon check-in and throughout our short stay for Umrah. They allowed us to check in early at 12pm. Nice view of Haram from our room.

Please read some the negative reviews because there true. Oldish hotel with damaged furniture in the rooms (both of the rooms I stayed in was the same). Awful service by most staff members. When I mentioned the poor service to the management (really slow room service/house keeping) I was told that I ‘haven’t spent a lot honestly one of the worst check in and service I’ve ever received. Location is the only wow factor for this hotel

Pullman Zamzam Makkah is an excellent choice for families performing Umrah. It offers a convenient location, luxurious accommodations, excellent amenities, and friendly service. I have booked 2 rooms under my name but the reception and duty managers made my stay uncomfortable for 6 hours for their mistakes. I requested them one day before arrival to have both rooms connected or at least the same floor. But no one cares about it and they have given me 1 room in one tower and another room in another tower which totally disappointed me and i have to request many times to change my room in the same tower or the same floor. No body was there to listen it looks like I was in a third class hotel where guests who have paid too much money don't have any value. After requesting many times to the duty managers my room was changed.

Abolutely amazing stay. Shuttle to Al-Haram is available around the clock and available every 5-10 mins. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times.

The hotel was amazing staying there was really good to experience they provide bus to haram every 30 minutes… the stuffs are very kind and friendly… i recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Makkah 👌

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were amazing—proactive, professional, and always ready to assist. The guest relations lady, in particular, was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and she was always available at anytime. The rooms were spotless and very well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel offers a buggy service to the Haram, which was very convenient, even though it’s just a short 3-minute walk. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Great service, clean facilities, and thoughtful amenities made this a memorable stay!
