Pleasant short stay, spacious and clean room. Everything was nice!

Don't use the trip.com app. The hotel refused to return the refund. The communication between Trip.com and the hotel is the worst. In between them, you are a victim. The hotel gave me wrong information. It was a total chaos. I won't use neither the super 8 hotel nor trip.com ever. Better to use ***********.

New, clean, friendly service. Hotel is located slightly far away from major tour sites of Mainz, however thanks to that the night at the hotel is very quiet. Employees are attentive and mostly speak fluent English.

Very close to the Mainz River, I ran by the river in the morning, it was comfortable, the air was good, there was a paid parking lot opposite, the breakfast was ok, there was no gym

The room facilities are too simple, the mattress is too soft and my waist is very tired when sleeping, the carpet is very dirty, the hotel interior is very simple, not suitable for travel and living for more than 2-3 days; the front desk staff is cold and unenthusiastic, it is five bus stops away from the train station and a 6-minute walk from the supermarket.

Highly recommended! This is my favorite hotel these days. It is conveniently located near the bus station. The price is very affordable. The front desk has English service and the attitude is very good. The hotel is right by the Rhine River, with first-class scenery and a very quiet neighborhood.

Top location, friendly staff

The rooms are small, windows don't open, and the breakfast for €13 is just about OK. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Rhine and you can enjoy a wonderful view. Rewe and Alnatura are nearby. OK for an overnight stay.
