Hotel is nice , clean and safety.

There are some food outlets near the hotel. On the left of the hotel, there is a metro station that can connect one to many parts of the city. If you want to get to the hotel from the Almaty International Airport, try to make prior transport arrangements with the hotel for a fair rate. Alternatively, get only taxi service provided by the counter that quotes 7000 Tonge . Avoid the taxi counter named Turan, which is at the main airport exit if you don't want to be scammed. It can show you 20,000 Tonge upon arrival.

Reception staff hardly can speak English. Rooms are small and carpets are bad. Breakfast is same every day. No kettle in the room to make tea/coffee even thou they say its 4 star hotel.

It is an old hotel and needs a lot of work in terms of coming up to standards. The service was just average. The rooms were not great, bathroom was well below standards. Complimentary breakfast very limited and not up to the mark. The location of the hotel is great though. Difficult to recommend.

The hotel is a bit old and for a 4 stars hotel you would expect better quality. The breakfast is not great. However, the staff is super helpfull.

Furniture is old, broken. Acceptable option for a short stay (I do not recommend). Smell of sewage in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast

The bed is very narrow, there is no single room, the bed is very shaky, the central air conditioning feels like it is about to fall apart, the shower door is also broken, I feel it is not worthy of this price, I am too lazy to spray it, the only thing that is acceptable is the hygiene

The hotel is very old, the facilities are also very old, the wall lamps are still pull-cord, the toilet is also pull-up, but the sanitation and cleaning are indeed in place, and the overall is acceptable. There is a McDonald's at the intersection, a stadium behind it, and Satbayev University not far away

The room facilities are a bit old, the breakfast is quite rich, but there are few hot things. What is unexpected is that the boiled eggs are cold 😳. The price-performance ratio is super high. It is difficult to find a second one at the same price. It is definitely the king of price-performance ratio! The room is tight, so don't hesitate if you like it, buy it as soon as possible!

The room is very small, the facilities are old, and the hardware facilities are from the former Soviet Union. Two of the three sockets are broken, and one of the two bedside lamps is not working, especially the central air conditioning! It is very noisy, there is no cooling air, and it is very hot in the summer. It is too hot to sleep at night. I booked two nights, stayed one night, and checked out quickly. Ctrip's service is very good, actively helping me check out, which makes me feel very considerate while I am abroad.
