The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is in downtown that it takes a few mins walk to my exam center.
I have one suggestion that if they can have a small gym room, that will be even better.

It was a place I made an urgent reservation for at night because my flight was canceled, but it was easy to use and the room was warm and nice. The bathroom was very spacious, and the room was also very spacious.
Had a quick 2 night stay at Maidenhead Town Centre. 2 adults, 2 kids - so I was checking underneath everything to see they hadn’t dropped anything. Found what was probably a used bag of c0ca1ne. Now, I’m not naive enough to think that no-one does coke in the rooms but I sure as hell expect rooms to be cleaned properly afterwards; before you offer the rooms out as a “family room”. This is not even remotely acceptable. Furthermore, when I challenged staff on the matter and complained, I was offered to have my breakfast refunded. That is an insult I refused. The aircon was also faulty, on account of a busted up panel. I was offered to change rooms but given we’d been travelling all day, had got comfy in the room and unpacked a bit, I kindly turned down this offer after it had been switched on remotely by reception. The tv didn’t work either. I was told the bag wasn’t picked up because they use robot hoovers now. Weak excuse after weak excuse. Adding up to awful customer service, really awful - especially from Elvis I’m afraid to say. Chris, doing the breakfast, was fantastic however.

Firstly, the parking is not across the road as the website says, it's a 10 minute walk away! It also doesn't cost £5 a day, it's £14 for over 5 hours, I stayed 2 nights and it cost £42 in parking! The staff are friendly enough, but the hotel isn't overly clean and we found our bathroom full of hair. The manager did offer us a new room - we chose just to have the bathroom cleaned, and refunded a breakfast charge, but other areas of the hotel such as the lift were really dirty. We had breakfast there both mornings and the food was good. I wouldn't stay here again, the location and parking situation are just too difficult.

I have stayed here before and had no worries about staying again. Perfect location, amazing staff that are professional, friendly and very welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, I slept really well in a very comfortable bed despite the warm weather, very comfortable conditions. The food is also excellent, fresh good quality ingredients, cooked perfectly and lots of choice as well as lots of it. I can’t recommend highly enough and looking forward to staying again.

This was the worst break we have had with Premier inn. The suggested car park is a good 10 minute walk away if you're young. My partner is unable to walk far and this was a real struggle in the dark and we had trouble locating the hotel as it is down the end of a narrow road. One lift was out of order, the second one had buttons held on with tape. So they had to turn the lift off and on again for us to get to the third floor. We were on the side of the dual carriageway so could hear traffic all night. There was also someone knocking on a door about 1.30am, along with curtains that didn't cover the window so we were awake really early and had to come home to get some sleep the next morning. The cost of 24hours parking at Sainsbury's is £15.60 unless you park late on a Saturday as Sunday is free. On a plus the staff were very friendly

My wife and I have stayed at the Maidenhead Premier Inn on many occasions in recent years when visiting my daughter and her partner who live close by in Maidenhead. This weekend we stayed to also attend the Oasis gig at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 26th July. The gig was superb! The room was as always, clean and functional. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Premier Inn has everything you need. The Breakfasts, as always, were superb. My only request would be for the hotel to provide a beaker/ glass in the bathroom for use. I did ask for an extra pillow and a beaker and both were supplied. We bumped into Chris in the breakfast room on the Sunday morning. We have met him on every occasion we have stayed. This gentleman is a credit to Premier Inn and himself, his service goes above and beyond. He loves his work and interaction with customers. He, put simply is such a courteous, helpful, lovely, caring man. I was pleased we could catch up with him. Premier Inn offer comfort and quality at an affordable price. You do have to park at the local Sainsbury store but it's not too much hardship and a walk of a few hundred yards. Premier Inn Maidenhead is in an excellent location to access the nearby railway station and all amenities. Well done to all at premier Inn Maidenhead, we'll be back.

Great central location. Offsite parking but easy to drop off at the hotel and not too far to park the car. Friendly reception, all the staff we encountered were excellent, the beds are super comfy, the room we stayed in was quiet, good facilities all round and the breakfast was good also in a bright and airy dining space. Very good value and a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was of reasonable standard however not hot as the buffet is left open in the heat trays. the communication between staff is very poor, I paid for breakfast on the day however was not allowed through by a second member of staff because i wasn't on his list. His name was Elvis and was very rude. Parking is also very poor with the nearest location being a supermarket car park pay and display however when seeking assistance for the app which they informed me of was unable to set a location or use the app staff were not helpful on the desk, they informed me of the app to use then gave no further information with regards anything or location number. overall experience with the hotel is poor.
