Vincci Hotels in Madrid

It was my first time in Madrid. We travelled with my mom to celebrate her birthday and the choice couldn't be better. The location is super convenient just walking distance from the Royal Palace and many other touristic spots. The food at breakfast is varied and delicious, the smell of the hotel and the room (mint) is so delicious and the cherry on top is the super kind staff who are willing to help at anytime. They even helped me to make this special decoration and offered a gift to my mom on her Birthday day. For sure I would like to come back and big thanks to all the staff.

Hotel was clean and has perfect location but breakfast dish refills was slow the wifi was weak in our room and the room didn’t have windows.

The location is great. It's a 10-minute walk to the center, across the house is the jamon museum. The metro is also nearby, but we didn't use it, we walked around the center. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is delicious, there's even sparkling wine and churros. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the view from the window is beautiful, it's not noisy. Of the minuses - the sliding door to the bathroom does not close tightly, there is no toilet brush, the air conditioner works incomprehensibly (not critical in winter, we aired it out). In general, I recommend it.

We loved Vincci Soho hotel. We were lucky and our rooms were ready in order to have an early check in. Staff was very helpful. Its rooms and location made our stay fantastic. I will definitely stay again at Vincci Sobo hotel when I am back to Madrid.

The location is excellent. It is in the commercial center of Madrid, but it is quiet in the bustling city. The room is of a suitable size and the bathroom is large. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and responsible for their work. They woke me up on time and booked a taxi to take me to the airport on time. They took care of my bag that I left behind. The Vincci Center Hotel where we stayed for two days should be a chain hotel. The service was also superb. The directions were very detailed. Both parties used a translator to communicate. They really worked hard. It was a good experience

It's very convenient to go anywhere. There are shopping malls nearby and subway stations are right outside. You can walk to all places. It's very suitable for traveling alone. The most exciting thing is that there is a nightclub downstairs.
