The location is super convenient, just a two-minute walk from the subway exit, and the building itself is quite new. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water for showering at night – only cold water. This might be okay in the summer, but it's completely unacceptable in winter. When I tried calling for assistance, I only got an AI response. I spent an hour texting back and forth trying to sort it out. Most of the staff only spoke Spanish, making communication difficult for non-Spanish speakers. Also, the TV in the room had no remote control, so there was no way to watch anything. The safe was also broken and unusable, which made it hard to reach customer service.
The apartment was fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchenware; its location was excellent, within walking distance of attractions; and there was a Dia supermarket nearby for convenient shopping. As my first stop in Spain, I was very satisfied. Please note that this is a self-catering apartment, and you must complete the check-in process in advance according to the email instructions to obtain the access codes for the apartment door and room.
We had a very pleasant stay at Numa Madrid Luna. We stayed in two different rooms: the first was quite small, but cozy and comfortable for a short stay in central Madrid. We especially loved the second room with a balcony – it was very nice, bright, and had the atmosphere of a true Spanish city. 🫶
We'd especially like to thank the hotel team for their early check-in – after our long journey, it was invaluable and made our stay much more comfortable. The location is also excellent: everything is close by, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy Madrid. Thank you for the warm welcome!

I arrived in Madrid in the morning after a 10-hour overnight bus ride from Porto. I was so tired that I asked about an early check-in, and they let me in because a room was available. Just that alone was incredibly touching.
The room didn't get much sunlight, which was a bit inconvenient, but I understand since there are so many places like that in Europe. It is a safe, unmanned hotel, and it was more spacious than I expected.
The location is excellent; it's the best location ever.
