It was an amazing experience with this hotel. Also their foods as we took dinner and it taste so good. They are offering free Shuttle services to airport in different timelines. That was awesome!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is within walking distance from a couple of metro stations. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The superior twin room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor could be better - we did wake up from other people's noise. The corridor outside our room was smelling of smoke. We only ate breakfast at the property. Despite the variety of foods available, I found the food overcooked and largely not tasting great.

You can walk to everywhere in the city center, including the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol, and the Prado Museum. hotel Facilities: good Hygiene: very clean Environment: The surrounding environment belongs to the central area, safe, clean, and convenient for eating and shopping.

I must say it exceeded my expectations!!! The location is super good. The Atocha train station can be reached directly by subway, and the bus station can also be reached by one transfer. It is a 3-minute walk from the subway station. When you go out, you will see a street full of young brands. You can walk to Gran Via. Beher (a ham store, where you can have breakfast for two consecutive days) and Honest Greens (Chinese people need vegetables) on the road are highly recommended. There are also Carrefour Express McDonald's and large supermarkets on the road, which are super. The room facilities are relatively new overall, the staff are very diligent, the public areas are clean and tidy, and there is nothing unsatisfactory except that there are no twin rooms. The price-performance ratio is very high!
