This boutique hotel was perfect for my needs and great value for money. Happy, helpful staff and a clean, well proportioned room. It is very close to the Parque de El Retiro for relaxing walks, the Puerta de Alcalá for nice food and drink and then you can walk up Serrano for quality shopping.

Fatima, the waitress in the breakfast room, was excellent! With a smile on our face, quick movements and always responsive to your requests! It is our warmest memory in this hotel! However, the two male waiters at the front desk were indifferent and their service was impolite, which was disgusting!

房間比較小，估計是因為訂的比較便宜，但也足夠了。酒店本身的位置非常好。既在中心，離各個主要的博物館和景點都很近，又安靜。
