Nice lodge for early flight travelers, a bit far from city center. Good price compared to the hotels in more centrally located hotels. Jute not much to see nearby.

Fair enough, just overpriced (like the rest of the hotels in Madrid lately).

Great having a free shuttle bus from and to the airport

Hotel and Service in general was good. But when ordering the airport shuttle for 4:30, I was told “no problem” I was in front of the hotel 4:29, no bus, I asked the receptionist at 4:32, she said “I will call the driver” At 4:40 the bus arrives, telling me that will drive at 5am and that they left at 4:30 - I wasn’t there. It’s absolutely impossible to go to the airport and come back within 10min, so the driver lied straight into my face. I had no time to argue at the reception, so I took a taxi instead. Why are you ruining the experience at your hotel which such behavior? Would have been a 4-5 otherwise.

There aren’t many things in this hotel, one bar of soap and mixed body and shampoo liquid, the bed was comfy and the room spacious, the breakfast wasn’t bad either, a good choice if you need to stay close to the airport.

Hotel is very close to airport and they have free shuttle service.

Nothing against

I saw the name of this hotel at the airport transfer stop and decided to book it! I paid right from the bus! The driver helped me carry my bags and showed me where the entrance was. The room is clean, I haven't seen such cleanliness for a long time. Very cozy. The heated towel rail in the bathroom is hot - I was able to dry all my things. There is body lotion, tea. Very comfortable bed! Clean linen! I really liked it!

The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom shower is big, and the room is quiet. The room layout is reasonable. There is also free airport pick-up and drop-off service. In short, I am very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time.

The location is very good. There is a regular airport shuttle. There is also a chain supermarket nearby where you can buy things. I will definitely book it next time. Although there are not many choices for breakfast, the products are still very fresh.

The hotel is excellent for a stopover before catching a flight. I've stayed here several times. Except for the fact that breakfast is not included, everything else is very good. There is a big mall about 10 minutes' walk away where you can go shopping and eat. There is a gas station and a few simple fast food restaurants not far away opposite. There is a free bus to and from the airport, which runs every half an hour and only takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. It is very convenient.

Good transfer service. It's appreciated that there's more than one pillow per person.
