Nice room, comfortable to live in.

[Five-star recommendation! ] The stay experience is impeccable! The front desk is warm and thoughtful, and check-in is completed in 3 minutes. The room facilities are modern and intelligent, the bedding is as soft as the cloud, and the bathroom is thoughtfully designed with dry and wet separation. The daily replaced mini bar drinks are full of sincerity. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety. A perfect experience with great value for money, suitable for both business travel and vacation!

The room is big, after all, the location is a bit remote. The food in the lobby is delicious, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is very rich, and it must be eaten well. All kinds of bread, desserts and beans are delicious, all kinds of cheese, all kinds of fruits... I haven't encountered better ones during my entire trip to Spain. The parking garage is underground, so you must use the room card to open the parking lot barrier first, and you must use the room card to leave the garage before checking out. The disadvantage is that it is far from the city and you have to walk a while to the subway station.

The hotel is in a general location. It is an old five-star hotel, but it is quite old. It is not very far from the airport and it is OK to go to the city. The surrounding area is a residential area. The breakfast is OK. It can be recommended.

During our three days in Madrid, a family of four chose this hotel because it had parking. It was pretty good and met the needs of a family of four.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by shopping malls, supermarkets, and subway stations. The room is large, with a double sofa, a large dining table, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The breakfast is rich in variety. What's rare is that the underground parking lot is free.

The hotel is very nice, the room spacious and equipped with all comforts. We had dinner at the restaurant, very good although quite expensive. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The only disappointing note is that the Spa is not accessible, we were told that it hasn't been since the Covid epidemic, it's a shame that this isn't mentioned on the website, in 4 years they could have updated it.
