The hotel is actually one of the best in the area. The service is good, the staff is friendly, food during the breakfast is delicious. Had no problems at all during my stay. They offer a private tours which are pretty expensive though

After completing the Ijen volcano trip, I rested here. The location is not in the downtown area. There is a laundry next to it. There is a transportation company and a small shop opposite. The hotel is environmentally friendly. The lobby and floor passages use natural ventilation, which is very comfortable. The restaurant can order food at noon and dinner. , a little expensive but delicious, with beer, rich breakfast with many varieties, the best we had in Indonesia for more than ten days, hotel staff are polite and take the initiative to help guests.

Hotel that we booked only as a stopover on arrival from Yogyakarta and with the aim of making an excursion to Kawah Ijen. Fairly mixed opinion. If the hotel is clean, on the other hand the breakfast will discourage Westerners passing through. No Western breakfast here, only Indonesian with however some not very tasty pastries and viennoiseries. For the evening meals we ate at Wizzmie right next door, a small fast-food chain that offers delicious fried rice, fried noodles and ravioli, among other things. As for the swimming pool, we did not test it, it was raining non-stop. Finally, as for the services provided at the desk, for an excursion to Kawah Ijen you will be given a simple telephone number to call, and for a transfer (to the port for the ferry to Bali), ditto, you will be sent to the Grab application to order transport. In short, the service level is zero! A hotel that is probably not used to tourists passing through. We will not hold it against it. But know what to expect. It is better for people who are not very resourceful to head to the Aston Banyuwangi hotel.

Wow, the experience of staying here is truly irreplaceable! Every corner of this hotel feels so warm and comfortable, plus the service from the staff is always friendly and attentive. Since I arrived, the FO staff was so friendly. Served very properly by Mas Sobi (his nickname), he greeted me very warmly and welcomed me back. Great to be able to courtesy Santika members. Not to forget the room is so comfortable, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is like a second home to me. I really enjoyed every second of it!

So far okay, but I think it needs gradual renovation like the interior of the room and bathroom. The shower should be given a door, so that the water does not flood out. The breakfast menu is also ordinary, it should be able to be improved again.

Booked a room for the 12-13th but could check in early on the 12th at 8 o'clock. We were told to have breakfast too. Very good service, friendly and helpful for guests. When I checked out I was also fine, I was still told to have breakfast. Without any additional costs whatsoever. Really good!!!!
