Excellent location, next to the shopping street, there are many restaurants, but it will be a bit noisy at night, earplugs will be provided, room facilities are all available, space is large, cooking is no problem 👍

One of the best hotels we had stayed in Spain. The hotel is located in perfect location in Madrid and walking to nearest metro station took only 3 mins. The hotel is also surrounded by many restaurants and shops ideal for shopping. The hotel has a cosy snack corner at the basement where one can have free access to hot and cold drinks, snacks and fruits 24 hours. In addition, they also provide water/muffin/donuts to your door step daily. Highly recommended for all travellers.

New hotel located a bit distance from city center. The price was reasonable. My stay was very good , clean and convenient. Staffs are very friendly.

Great hotel in a great location. Had everything we needed. No breakfast available but little bag with water and a muffin/ doughnut hung on doorknob in the morning and the coffee corner. Perfect place for us. Although there is a lift, there are stairs, so be careful if mobility limited or lots of heavy bags. Fine for us with weekend luggage. Staff so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel is nice and well located. The best part was that a friend joined me for a night and the receptionist offer to set up the sofa bed in my room to let him sleep there. He went himself to the room to do it. It was a nice touch.

Hotel was very clean. I was asked daily if I needed anything from the cleaning staff. Staff in general were excellent on arrival and always pleasant whether that was entering or leaving the hotel. The hotel offers FREE 24/7 access to a coffee machine that is located in the reception. I never had the breakfast, but it looked half decent, with a selection of meats, breads and pastry as well as some hot food options. Not kettle or anything like that in the room. However and fridge and a safe are there. The only thing I had a slight issue with that was okay due to the temperature was the air conditioning, when I put it on to go cold, it actually made the room hotter. With the weather not being to hot, i could open the window and it cooled the room down. All in all. Great staff. Clean rooms. A decent location. Would come back.

I found the hotel far from the airport no bus to go and far from any supermarket The bed was good and the shower also

A very nice hotel. Compared to European prices. A stylish and modern hotel with large rooms and a beautiful lobby. There is a free 24-hour coffee machine, coffee, hot tea and hot water are all available.
