I recently had the pleasure of staying at Altira, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and the quality of the facilities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's amenities, including the [specific facilities like pool, gym, etc.], which were top-notch. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's bath products. Their brand of bath foam and body lotion was absolutely delightful, leaving my skin feeling soft and refreshed. It's clear that the hotel pays great attention to detail, ensuring that even the smallest aspects of the guest experience are of the highest quality. Overall, I highly recommend Altira to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. I look forward to my next visit!

Good location, nearby to public transport and easily accessible. Just opposite to the airport so we need not to carry our luggage to the public transport. You can stored your luggage here after check out as they prepared a room to help their guests.

The location is superb! There's a super famous dessert store right beneath. The bus stops right in front of the hotel as well, with buses to go to the airport and ferry terminal, as well as the casinos. Highly recommended! A lot of good food nearby too. The rooms are not too shabby, quite modern. No smell of paint or whatsoever like the other reviews. I guess because how the hotel is more or less well-settled through the renovation phase earlier. Very accessible, good for single pax concert goers. That's why I booked it here! Will stay here again.

The room was as described. However, the check in wasn’t very smooth. We booked the room two days before going, and the hotel said they haven’t received the order from trip‘s partner party, so we waited for half an hour or more until the hotel confirmed with Trip.com. Fortunately the assistant in Trip was polite and helpful and agreed to make some reimbursement with trip coins.

The hotel looks great for the price and it is close to restaurants. The clerk in reception were helpful. On the other hand, the cleaning service could do better as the last night they did not do our bed, and other days they didn't replace hand towels and the sugar packages for coffee.

Pros: - Sparkling clean and new - Right across Galaxy Casino (4 min on foot) - Great view from the window if you get a higher floor. I was on 15th. - Friendly receptionists - Gas stove and some cutlery - Remotely controlled curtains and gauze - Comfortable bed - Full air conditioning system (heating and cooling) - Sofa - Two TV sets Cons: - MOP400 deposit (fast return at checkout) - No diswashing liquid - Smoke coming in from a smoking room (the AC ventilation helped)

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Everything looks new and clean. There is a bathtub where you can relax in while you are walking all day. Just no have casino shuttle bus go around.

Situated just across the road, opposite Macau International Airport, this hotel is easily accessible to the various tourist attractions and casino by the complimentary shuttle bus services. The hotel is also linked to the LRT, with offers breath-taking scenic and picturesque views when you travel from Airport station to Barra.

Great location and the hotel room is very spacious. Cleaning staffs were great. The only issue was the soundproof of the room is quite bad, one of the night, the room next to mine there were a group of people talking and laughing, I could hear very clearly what they are saying, which impacted my sleep quality

No coffee provided during the stay. No bathtub inside the room .Didn't mention when upgraded to Seaview room. Security officer was nice for helping the luggage from taxi .
