My wife and I had a very pleasant stay for the first time at Yoho Hollywood Roosevelt hotel. The housekeeping staff for my room no. 905 was excellent in their service. The receptionist Terry, door men (Charles, Edward & Kevin) were also very helpful and attentive to our enquiries and needs. We will definitely come back to stay again when we visit Macau the next time.
The Junlong Hotel offers fantastic value for money. Although it's an older hotel, it's very clean, and the service is excellent. The soundproofing was particularly good, and we really appreciated them arranging adjoining rooms for us. It's also very conveniently located for public transport, including buses and the light rail. A delightful surprise was the hotel's morning dim sum – it was incredibly delicious and brought smiles to our whole family! We love Macau and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Free luggage storage was an added convenience. Overall, it was a superb experience; the hotel is well-maintained, spotless, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
Cons:
The room had a foul odor that only dissipated when the air conditioning was turned down to a very cold setting.
There was no seating available at the front desk. Moreover, the chairs in the lobby were apparently reserved for actively consuming customers, and I was actually asked to leave when I tried to sit down for a moment. The staff's attitude was awful!
Check-in time was unacceptably late at 3 PM. To make matters worse, there was nowhere to sit while waiting at the front desk, and the entire check-in waiting area only had seating for four people, which is completely impractical.
Luggage storage was a mess. They initially handed me the wrong bag, and I had to go back twice to retrieve my correct one. Overall, the service quality was very poor.
Even after dealing with the smell, the air conditioning in the room was excessively cold, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
Strangely, the two beds in our room had different bedding; one set felt rough and low-quality, while the other was noticeably better, made of high-thread-count cotton – very peculiar.
Pros:
The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the Galaxy complex, which made dining out very convenient. The surrounding environment was also quite pleasant.

During check-in, I accidentally left a bag of souvenirs in the public area of the lobby. I later realized and thought it was gone for good, but to my incredible surprise, someone had handed it in to the front desk, and they had kept it perfectly safe! Getting it back was such a relief! A huge thank you to the honest person who turned it in and to the hotel's front desk staff for this wonderful surprise! Wishing you continued success! I love Macau ❤️🇲🇴
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the attendant at the luggage storage counter was rather indifferent, which is an area that definitely needs improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the airport, just a few minutes' walk away. The room offered a fantastic view, perfect for watching planes take off and land, with a beautiful panoramic vista of the sea meeting the sky.
However, the room, especially the bedding, felt quite damp due to excessively high humidity, and there was no dehumidifier. This caused my skin to feel slightly itchy. I hope they can significantly improve their cleaning and hygiene standards.
This hotel is just opposite the airport (Departure hall) . Highly recommended to stay here.
1. it is very convenient to go to the airport and ferry port. You can take the MLTR line to the ferry port. Just 1 station away-MOP6 per person. I dont recommend you to walk from the hotel to ferry port despite it written just 500m away from the hotel in the description.
2. The room is spacious. And if you are lucky, you will have a airport view room. Our room was facing sea view.
3. The staff are helpful. You can take mrt to the town or you can take free shuttle to the casinos. Just ask the airport staff the bus waiting area location.
Overall, we enjoved our stay here.
The check-in counter is located on the 38th floor. We booked a room with two 1.5-meter wide beds, which was perfectly spacious for our family of three. The room was very large, and the bathroom featured an extra-large bathtub, though we returned too late to enjoy a soak. It also had a separate wet and dry area. Housekeeping serviced the room twice daily, replenishing amenities like tea bags and coffee. Complimentary fruit was provided, and everything in the mini-bar was free of charge. What initially attracted me to this hotel was its infinity pool, but unfortunately, I couldn't use it as I was on my period. The hotel is situated in a residential area with plenty of dining options, and a nearby bus stop makes getting to the Macau Peninsula very convenient. The hotel also provides shuttle services to the Border Gate (Gongbei Port), City of Dreams, and Studio City. Overall, it's extremely convenient and offers excellent value for money for a five-star establishment. It's very close to both the airport and the ferry terminal, with a taxi ride taking less than 10 minutes and costing around 50-60 MOP. Just a heads-up: Macau taxis charge for luggage, with each piece costing 3 MOP.
room clean, the location also good just that we don’t have more time to explore around as we checked in so late and upon checked in takes so long for them to gave as the key like each passport they need to scan it’s 4 person two rooms and we r family and they take each person contacts it makes me pissed off as we r tired and it’s late just wanted to get the room and rest
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. From the outside, it looks quite old and dated, but once you step inside, the interior is surprisingly modern. That said, some parts still show the hotel's age — like the bathroom fixtures, water taps, and some of the furniture, which could definitely use an upgrade.
Walking through the corridors, I sometimes got a slightly spooky vibe, probably because of the older sections of the building. However, the service made up for it. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, and I appreciated how friendly the security personnel were — it made the place feel more welcoming.
One big plus is the location: there’s a bus stop just outside, so getting around was really convenient.
The only downside for me was the price. I found it a bit on the expensive side, especially considering some of the outdated aspects of the property.
Overall, not a bad stay — great service and location, but the building could use some refurbishing to fully match the price.
Absolutely thrilled!
The highlight of my Macau trip was the gentleman at the front desk who assigned me this absolutely stunning ocean view room. This 800-unit room felt like it was worth at least 750 the moment I stepped inside! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable; there was no trace of the musty or damp smells I'd been concerned about. Service was also spot-on; almost every request was met. Overall, this wasn't just a satisfactory stay, but an incredible surprise. Macau was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back – and staying here again!

Very Good
GGuest UserI didn’t expect such a quality from an hotel with such a price. I was skeptical at the beginning, but the staying was over the expectation. Room spacious, super clean and with all the amenities you need. I think the hotel was opened recently, since everything inside looks brand new. The hotel is in a very good position, close to both the casino area (25 min walking)and the historical one (15 min by bus). Experience 5/5
Dami pwedeng gawin.
