The location of this hotel is indeed very convenient, it takes around 10 minutes to get to the ruins of St. Paul along with many other attractions in the central district of Macau. Surprisingly, the room is cleaner than I thought and has necessary amenities including hot water, wifi, slippers, etc. But it's not very easy for a first-comer to find it, look for a sign that says "Edificio Kam Hou" and climb the stairs to the 1st floor to check in.

An old building. The space of the room is consider really squeezy, can’t even open up my luggage. But location is nice. 👌🏼 Overall ok.

The receptionist is good, but the hotel is quite old, and the mattress is too hard till can feel the spring. We ended up spent extra to book another hotel for the 2nights stay. Definitely not recommend this.

The hotel is in a very good location and the price isn't bad (given the high hotel prices in macau). The sleeping area isn't bad, but the bathroom is quite small, especially if you try to exit the bathroom from the shower, there's a high chance you're gonna touch the toilet. It's not very clean, but it's doable

Good and clean very comfortable place

The location was good 10mins away in the Grand Lisbon. Senado Square just walk for 5mins. The bad thing was it was hard for me to open the door. The public toilet is not clean. The staff was okay and had good service. I always woke up early because it was noisy outside. The room are small.

This hotel is great! The rooms are big, which I was surprised about, it is clean and it's very close to the center. Would definitely book it again!

This little hotel is within walking distance from Largo do Senado and other historical sites; bus 101x from the bridge port stops a few blocks away; a night market is just around the corner, and there's a 24-hour supermarket a block away. The facilities were clean and the room looked just like new. The bed was clean and comfy, toiletries were provided, and the room had a TV and a kettle. Even though I booked a shared bathroom, it was very clean and shared with only another room. The staff was super nice, and both the check-in and check-out processes were fast and easy. Overall, I enjoyed my 2 nights in Pensão Carmen and I would book it again.
