The hotel is excellent. No matter where you want to go, it's incredibly convenient👍. The area around the hotel is full of food options, and there’s a train station nearby🚅. If you walk a bit further, you’ll find Ueno Zoo. I highly recommend it, especially for those traveling in groups. The room is comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. I love it soooo much🫶💓

Spacious for 4 ppl travellong and good hygiene. Although it's a bit far from Uneo station, it's acceptable.

Our family of four recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mimaru Tokyo Ueno North Hotel, and it turned out to be the perfect fit for us! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the family-friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. The family apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. With a fully functional kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of space for everyone, it felt like a home away from home. The kids especially loved their bunk beds and I was able to use the local fresh ingredients to make breakfast for my famiy. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help. Whether it was guiding us to local attractions, arranging transportation, or simply providing extra towels, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Very clean and tidy. Close to Ueno station and convenient. Just five minutes walk to Ueno Park. Convenient store just around the corner and a 24hr open supermarket just 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and shops around Ueno stations that open till mid-night. Definitely good stay for family with children.

I ask for late check out at 12:00pm, but they did not accept it. Just FYI

The location is great, it located at a very quite street, within a walking distance to the main street and only 5 minutes' walk from the subway, the hotel room is very good for family with small kids, they love the bunk bed

The hotel is a bit far from the subway. If you have a busy schedule that day, the way back to the hotel will be a bit hard, but the hotel is very clean and has kitchen equipment, but daily necessities are not provided, but for family travel, the room has four beds. It is enough to live in. It is a good tourist destination to go to Ueno Park or the zoo, or to Ameyoko Town.

The room looks quite big in the photo, but it is actually quite small; the hotel did not change the sheets and bedding on the second day, which is fine, but the key point is that they did not tidy up the room, which is a bit excessive. The cost performance is not high. I will not choose this hotel next time.

It's about a 5-minute walk from Ueno Station and far from the downtown area of ​​Ameyoko. The hotel staff are very polite, and because it is an apartment, the room facilities are equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, induction cookers and other cooking utensils. After shopping in the supermarket, you can bring them back to the hotel for heating. But the hotel's ventilation system is really not very good. Maybe because it's close to a station, there are no windows that can be opened to prevent noise, and the air freshener in the room doesn't work very well. Since central heating is provided in winter, the room seems to be starved of oxygen for a long time.

Great hotel, clean, spacious and comfortable, will definitely stay again
