Connecting no smoking rooms requested, we are not given cos hotel fully booked. Given side by side room. Go to the rooms, one room full of smoke smell. We were told the rooms are connected. Waited for housekeeping to unlock the connecting doors. Waited for 30mins, connecting doors unlocked and given air purifier for smelly room. 3 stars for smoking room.

Because the Londoner Hotel gave us too many surprises in terms of atmosphere, environment and service, we decisively cancelled the other hotels we had booked and stayed at the Londoner Hotel on the fifth night. ”Feeling at home” is the real feeling of staying in this hotel! The day before check-in, the hotel's butler called in advance to ask about the itinerary schedule, what requirements for check-in, and arranged a special person and car to welcome us to the hotel. It is their and their colleagues' meticulous care and thoughtfulness! Let me and my family enjoy the ”VIP” experience. There are many good hotels, but there are not many really good services! The hotel is good and the service is even better! The Londoner Hotel deserves the title of luxury hotel! In addition to good service! The Londoner's room design, furnishings, breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails are all of first-class quality. We will definitely come again next time!

Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip. Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.

It was a comfortable place in terms of location. The place was clean. There is a 7/11 nearby and also a bakery. Amenities are provided, but the bottles of water provided were small.

Well this is fine hotel with good view to Macao centre and Vasco da Gama square across the road. This hotel keep old style design of 80s in the good condition with restaurant on the first floor. Room is small for us, but comfortable! Surprisingly we have only 2 breakfast for 2adults+1child, so for child need to pay extra even if he didn't eat. Food variety on breakfast is more asian style, but we are lucky to get a slice of cheese 🧀 with bread) They provide shuttle bus, which is good. What is really good to find a nice swimming pool inside after all! We enjoy our stay there.

I have stayed in Rio since 2008. The services and care for guests have always been very good. Housekeeping staff always been friendly and great . Rooms are big.

The bed was very comfortable and definitely worth it, especially for the great price. The mini bar was free, which was a nice touch. I stayed for 2 nights and noticed that the mini bar was only restocked to replace the items I had used. For example, after drinking 1 bottle of beer, I expected 2 more bottles to be added the next day, but they only replaced the one I drank. It was a little disappointing, but overall, the experience was very good. The staff provided excellent and helpful service throughout my stay.

Hotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!

The first time I came to Macau, I chose MGM, it was really great, and I even upgraded to a sea view room. The scale and luxury of entertainment hotels are really incomparable to domestic hotels. I tried Shengshi and Nanyuan restaurants, both of which are very good. The Portuguese tarts of Shengshi are very good. I strongly recommend it. It is not worse than Internet celebrities. The point is that there is no long queue Team; downstairs of the hotel is the No. 1 shopping mall, where you can buy and buy all kinds of things, and the membership card has discounts and points. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the pier, Taipa, and the customs, as well as the Hong Kong-Macau Express Line to Hong Kong via the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Bridge, which is very convenient. Compared with the traditional luxury of Londoners and Wynn, I personally like the modern design of MGM. This time I have played the island all over, and next time I plan to try the beautiful lions in Taipa.
