Best Macau Hotels

Connecting no smoking rooms requested, we are not given cos hotel fully booked. Given side by side room. Go to the rooms, one room full of smoke smell. We were told the rooms are connected. Waited for housekeeping to unlock the connecting doors. Waited for 30mins, connecting doors unlocked and given air purifier for smelly room. 3 stars for smoking room.

Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. The hotel rooms need to be updated- they’re worse for wear. Stained furniture, holes in towels, stained carpet. The gym is great. But the saving point to this place is the staff - they’re kind and doing their very very best with a hotel that needs work. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again unless the owners spend some money and refit it. It’s not to the Ascott standard. The hardest part is getting good staff and they have this so it is strange they don’t do some cosmetic updates and bring this hotel up to standard.

We loved our stay at Grandview Hotel! 1st of all, the staff especially at the reception were very accommodating. The lobby, hallways, rooms are so clean and big! The hotel is situated in the quiet part of Macau, but there are a lot of supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants within its surroundings. There's buffet breakfast until 10:30am, so it was really convenient for us to eat even if we woke up late. I think the only thing lacking is that there's no heater in the rooms. But overall we definitely enjoyed our stay here and will recommend to our friends!

The location was great for the famous place and eating house. Walking distance. ”John ” was great enough to provide us the double bed although my order via the website was a single bed. The king bed was completely comfortable and I had a good sleep. The room was clean and spacious. Public transportation or private hire was easy accessable.

Good location near the historical centre to walk. Big nice room for affordable money. Nice pool on the 23 floor, but we had no time to try it. The breakfast is very poor, no vegatebles such as tomato and cucumber at breakfast. Absolutely same food for 2 days. No options for vegan.

Hotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, right beside Cheoc Van Beach in a quiet part of town. Our room was spacious and though the sea view was obstructed by trees, the sound of the waves and birds singing was relaxing enough. The restaurant fare is delicious and the service was excellent. There are beautiful trails within walking distance and a short bus ride away. Coloane Village is also nearby where Lord Stow's bakery offers the best Portuguese egg tarts in town.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
