The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport. The hotel contacted us through WeChat the day before we checked in and added WeChat. When we told us what flight was coming, Tam took the initiative to help us book a car to pick us up. After arriving at the airport, we met the hotel's receptionist who came to pick us up and accompanied us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, Tam was already waiting for us at the lobby door and sent us directly to the room. Normal check-in should be 3 o'clock, because the flight arrived at 12:30, and we arrived at the hotel at about 1 o'clock. It feels that the hotel is really thinking about customers. Ah. After checking in, you can enjoy the afternoon tea of Hua Ting at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, with Chinese and Western snacks and some dishes. The quail egg steak inside is particularly delicious. There are cocktails and snacks to taste from 6 to 8 o'clock in the evening. Come out of Hua Ting Bar at around 6:30, the lights are on, and the night is not yet here. At this time, you can take the most beautiful picture of the clock tower.
Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip.
Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.
Good location. Transportation is convenient near bus stop and LRT. Plenty of restaurants and supermarket around hotel. Very easy walking to Nova mall. Room has great view of racecourse. Well mannered staff. Good value for money and well recommended to stay.

the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the location is really good close to main attraction such as st paul. the italian wharf amphitheatre, food was close by. staff was quick to help. so everything falls in good. i dont need any facilities other than what the hotel provide so its a good hotel for me. thank you..
I gave 4/5 for cleanliness, but it doesn't mean it's dirty ✌️🤭. Actually, the place is so quiet and peaceful (for me ). Also the staff are accommodating and friendly. It is very affordable, and the place is easy to find. When we come back to Macau for sure we will book again in Rio's hotel 🫰
Great location in Cotai with easy access to other parts of the island by light rail (10mins walk from hotel lobby) Was assigned a room on 21th floor with good garden view. The room was spacious with free drinks, snacks and Nespresso coffee brewing machine. The major drawback of the room was that the mattress was too soft and old. There are hollow spots on the mattress near to my waist. We woke up with sore back. The room is quite hot if window blind does not apply. It is a kind of budget 5-star hotel in this area.
Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter.
Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills.
Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free.
Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening.
We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.
Very good hotel room with jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam room in the bathroom itself. Room is spacious enough and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Can choose between western or chinese. Great location and very accessible to anywhere in Macau area. Overall had a very relaxing holiday.
Very nice resort next to Cheoc Van beach. But location is very remote and in fact need to walk about 10 minutes downhill after getting off the bus. Besides that everything was great. Staff were well mannered and helpful. Breakfast well as expected. Good 1 night stay for quietness and away from city life.

AAnonymous UserAdvantages: It is very convenient to travel. There are many places to eat around; there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby for easy shopping; the design style is very good and the room space is relatively large.
Areas for improvement: The sound insulation of the rooms facing the road is not good, and the sound of vehicles is very noisy; the rooms have an obvious smell of new decoration, it is recommended to put some aromatherapy in line with the hotel style; the front desk business ability needs to be improved, and the service attitude is still good
AAnonymous UserExcellent service. Fantastic room with great amenities.
The garden room view was breathtaking. Kudos to the turn down service. Prepared water on the bedside table, bedroom slippers on the side of the bed, and pillow midst. The indoor pool is amazing. First time staying at this hotel and will definitely come back to pampered. Thank you for the great service!
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
SSueLimStaff services are good and polite. Free luggage storage before check in and after check out. Breakfast was Abit too lack of choice and may be hotel can consider add more variety of foods. Room wise was comfort and location also ease to reach out those tourist spot with also many restaurants surrounded.
KKim Kia BlueThe room was cozy and clean. Hallways are clean and smelled fresh. I love the number light at the foot of the door. The front desk staff are very helpful. I had many questions and they helped with all. The room was not noisy. I could not hear anyone in their rooms.
The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Senado Square and about 15/ 20 minutes from the Grand Lisboa. You can take the MT4 bus from the 7eleven near the hotel to see the Venetian, Studio City and other attractions in that area.
If you get to the hotel before check in time, you can store your bags and go tour around until it’s time.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good and it is very close to many interesting points.
The room was bright, clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. The staff is kind.
The breakfast doesn't have many choices, they could include something European Breakfast, it would be great
AAlma AbogadoI know its been late to write a comment. We check in May 20 and check out May 23 our room number is 1114
and 1115 but I noticed my daughter and my nephew have a bites in their legs and arms which is we don’t know were it cone from then we just let it be but suddenly the bites become more and worst I’m suspected a bed bugs in the room we’ve stay. Our happy vacation become sad
CCarlitos TravelsIt's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.
AAlice2024The location is near many landmarks, but it’s in the alley and i spend sometimes to find it. I feel that the room is not so clean on the floor because my feet gets dirty a little bit from it, there’s no hot shower in the night as many people review, and it’s hard to control the temperature of water in the day time. It will be either too hot or too cold. The front desk doesn’t know a lot of information about Macau. However, they’re so kind. I can keep my bags in the hotel after check out and they’re allowed me to use the plug to charge my phone when I return to get my bags. It’s very impressive! I think it’s worth the price as Macau is already expensive city.
LLon SanRoom was spacious & very comfortable. Bathroom was also very big & spacious too. There was a huge bathtub & a separate shower room equipped with a rain shower which i appreciated very much. Very close to the Macau ferry terminal as well. Sands Macau is just across the road. Well worth the room price.
