Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip. Good location. Transportation is convenient near bus stop and LRT. Plenty of restaurants and supermarket around hotel. Very easy walking to Nova mall. Room has great view of racecourse. Well mannered staff. Good value for money and well recommended to stay.

the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the location is really good close to main attraction such as st paul. the italian wharf amphitheatre, food was close by. staff was quick to help. so everything falls in good. i dont need any facilities other than what the hotel provide so its a good hotel for me. thank you..

I gave 4/5 for cleanliness, but it doesn't mean it's dirty ✌️🤭. Actually, the place is so quiet and peaceful (for me ). Also the staff are accommodating and friendly. It is very affordable, and the place is easy to find. When we come back to Macau for sure we will book again in Rio's hotel 🫰

Great location in Cotai with easy access to other parts of the island by light rail (10mins walk from hotel lobby) Was assigned a room on 21th floor with good garden view. The room was spacious with free drinks, snacks and Nespresso coffee brewing machine. The major drawback of the room was that the mattress was too soft and old. There are hollow spots on the mattress near to my waist. We woke up with sore back. The room is quite hot if window blind does not apply. It is a kind of budget 5-star hotel in this area.

Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Very good hotel room with jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam room in the bathroom itself. Room is spacious enough and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Can choose between western or chinese. Great location and very accessible to anywhere in Macau area. Overall had a very relaxing holiday.

Very nice resort next to Cheoc Van beach. But location is very remote and in fact need to walk about 10 minutes downhill after getting off the bus. Besides that everything was great. Staff were well mannered and helpful. Breakfast well as expected. Good 1 night stay for quietness and away from city life.
