I think this is the best hotel I have ever had in my life, nice room size, private swimming pool in room, staff were friendly

Banyan Tree was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's amenities, including the spa, exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend the Banyan Tree enough - it's the perfect choice for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

This is my first time stay in this hotel. Room conditions is good but the pool inside the room is a bit waste because it seems no use except a family stay in with kids. Water, welcome fruit, mini bar really good enough. lighting, room set up is at high level. sauna room is a bit disappointed because no rest room, no wet towel, no 1 time use underwear, the only good is the opening time is at 08:00 - 22:00 which is better than other hotel. the best is the service, front desk and the floor manager very concern the tenant's comments and the reflect action is quick. Definitely will stay again to try their SPA.

Having a great stay at the Macau Banyan Tree hotel. The room service was looking so fantastic, with suite provided the amenities of in-room offspring/bathtub which is a key highlight for this hotel. Also, the price was reasonable. The staff was very nice and serve our needs with caring heart. I definitely will come to stay again next time.

Our whole family enjoyed our stay there. Housekeepings are very approachable. Everything we asked, they provide. We were staying there with my kids and by surprised before we check out they came knocking our door and gave them stuff toys and balloons. My kids were very Happy. Thank you to mr. Carmelo and his colleague, of housekeeping for the gifts and service. πŸ‘

Thank you Miguel for the a luxurius service me and my wife and our baby are so happy and enjoy our stay, and thanks to Ryan he help us to bring out all our things inside the taxi and when i have a friends who visit us he really assisted them and also when we check out aswell πŸ™‚ your hotel is so beautiful, just 1 thing please tell to your overnight who give ice to us not to go inside if the guest get the ice bucket ask permission first i feel dissapointed just only for that, what if my wife Dont have Dress on that time,, thank you banyan tree
