Great location, many chain hotels near by.. So clean and room facilities are latest. Light, charging.. all digital. BRAND NEW & good quality Actually room measurement is bigger than what it said on the description..

Please use "Apple Map" for find the hotel location. Receptor good service mind. Room is clean and comfortable with toothbrush, soap, shampoo, hair dryer and drinking water. Information for check-in is passport and Macau SAR Government. And location hotel is near 𝑹𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒂𝒖𝒍'𝒔.

Had a great at stay at the hotel, the room is really nice in a good location with fast WiFi.

5 stars for me! The Filipino and Chinese staffs were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Room space is good for us, couple. Well cleaned. I loved everything about this newly operated hotel. Will surely to book here again when we comeback. Location is perfect, very near to bus stop and San Malo, Ruin’s. Wifi is also fast!

Nice stay clean and worth the stay including the money spent for the stay

Very small room, everything is new and clean, but the reason you pay for the room is to have a good night's rest and that is totally failed. Because the mattress is a rock made from the Spanish Inquisition. The other thing is that the position of the local air conditioner was blowing in my face. We had to leave after one night even though we booked three nights because it was so unbearable, even though it was non-refundable, which I think is wrong.

Everything was good, it was very clean and comfortable, it was easy to access the bus station and shops, and it had polite and kind employees.

I booked a non-smoker room and despite no smoking signs everywhere in the hotel, the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Staff was very accommodating and gave us another room, however, after turning on the AC the smell came back during the night. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

It's an OK place but I'd personally pay more money for a better hotel next time. Rooms & space is exaggeratedly small even for Macau. The front desk service is... not great(no English, can't call you a taxi, not friendly, etc...). There were people smoking in the room next to us even though it wasn't allowed(we booked a non-smoking room) & front desk seemed to do nothing. The door beeps for some reason when you leave it open 10 seconds - so if neighbors come back late you'll hear that. Room service - you can get your room 'cleaned' but it just involves getting your towels changed & soap refilled - they don't even change sheets or sweep the floor. They provide no laundry service & can't seem to recommend a place that does (Macau seems to have a serious shortage of laundry places). It is VERY clean though, well organized for what it is. There is also luggage storage which came in handy & they let us check in early. Beds were hard - but not ridiculously so (I prefer a hard bed). Just the negatives outweigh the positives.

Great little hotel very close to all thee action of old downtown Macau. The staff are very friendly and helpful, helping with our bags even before and after checkout so we can enjoy the city. The hotel is right beside a patisserie so you can have a lovely breakfast on the morning! Rooms are comfortable and clean, and air conditioner is decent. They even have a TV with worldwide channels. Free shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste. Just make sure to bring your own TP! Overall, comfy and Pleasant hotel!

The room is supposed to be ready by 3pm, and when we arrived at 5:05pm, and waited for 20min, then the receptionist told us the room is not ready and ask us to return in 30min. When we return 30min later, it's still not available, we have to wait till after 6:30pm to enter the room.

There are bed bugs in this hotel. Staff has no problems to put you in an infested room, knowingly. The location can be great but that does not matter. Bed bugs are a red flag.
