The hotel is in a great location, right by Lake Lucerne. They upgraded us to a lake view room for free and added an extra bed for free, prepared snacks and champagne🍾. So thoughtful, I will stay here again next time. There are not many breakfast options, but you can dine by the lake

The room is very new and the gym is also very good. However, there are so many flies in Switzerland that I dare not open the window. As soon as I open the window, a few flies will fly in. The lake view room can only be viewed through the glass.
