We arrived to the hotel at 12, but all locker are fully occupied (i remember only around 10 lockers) and I have to carried the luggage and wait for check in nearby the river (lucky not too far) and there is no air-con in the room but hotel do provide a fan for us but still too hot to sleep with. But the location is very good and hotel provide a free transportation ticket (never used cause we walked)

Great location and fuss free hotel. Only gripe was that there isn’t aircon during summer.

The self check-in takes a little time to get use to. It is quite simple and easy to find the room booking. The location is very convenient and 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to most of the attractions. There are rooms that you can get good views of the mountains too.

Room was nice and clean and breakfast was good. Hotel is at a corner, next to coop. No air corn but there is a fan.

Location is accessible to public transportation. Bus stop is literally in front of the reception area. Very clean and large room and bathroom. Will book this again when we return.

Location is perfect, every basic needs are available in the room, except kettle where you have to request from the frontdesk (next door).

Not much to complain about for the price. Basic hotel with the necessities and a fan for the summer heat (though you might need to get kettle from the reception, it's not in the room by default). Breakfast spread was decent, and supermarket is nearby. Self check-in was easy and you will pay the hotel tax whilst checking in. I even managed to check-in earlier as the room was already available in the system (a few luggage lockers are also available right beside the check-in system, if you need).

Had a hard time trying to locate the hotel and do self check-in. Room is basically clean. However, we are not used to the heater in the room as it did not seem to be working though switched to the max. Kettle is not provided but is still available upon request. Breakfast is good. Friendly restaurant staff.

The location is very advantageous. The train station is only a few minutes' walk away. It is in the old town of Lucerne. All the attractions are within walking distance and eating is also very convenient.
