The concierge department immediately took over the luggage and led us to the hotel room. The room was equipped with welcome fruits, water bar drinks, automatic toilets, viewing bathtubs and other intelligent facilities. The handwritten letters from the housekeeping staff could feel the warmth and humanity of the hotel service. The hotel offers a heated swimming pool, a gym, a billiard room, a billiard room and an executive lounge. In addition, the hotel offers Chinese, Western, Cantonese, desserts and Henan-style breakfasts. The variety of services is delicious and fully meets the standards of a five-star hotel. The driver will take the initiative to help with the luggage, provide hot towels to wipe your hands, etc. We arrived in Luoyang early in the morning. After getting on the bus, the hotel also specially prepared breakfast, which made us a little surprised and pleasantly surprised. During the stay, in addition to the rich breakfast, the hotel also provides a wide variety of snacks, and the key is free. Because I stayed for two days, some close-fitting clothes needed to be changed and washed. On the second day, the aunt who cleaned the room specially prepared a clothes drying rack and gave some small gift bags for washing. The room was perfect, reception was friendly and helpful, the boy in the lobby was my life saver, he did help me with the deliveries while the APP was full of Chinese which is a totally disaster for me. Great hotel anyways, definitely will come back in the future!

Where should I begin. The hotel is fantastic. When you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and a cup of tea while finishing check-in. The room was amazing overlooking the lake. The room was huge and had a great shower and bath with great views. The stay included breakfast that had a huge variety of food and drinks. With your stay you can use the next door fitness and 50 meters swimming pool and the sauna, hot bath and showers. I would recommend staying at this hotel when staying in Luoyang!

I stayed for two consecutive days and I really like this hotel. It has a good location and there are two large shopping malls across the street. The service is super good, from the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants, the service is first-class, the staff are well-trained, especially the elevator service, there are special staff to help swipe the card. There are also souvenirs for check-in. The food city on the second floor exceeded my expectations. It is simply great. All meals are full, cheap and delicious. The chefs and service staff are very serious. In short, every aspect of the hotel makes guests feel warm. Five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou should learn from this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pury Hotel in Luoyang for 4 nights during my first business trip to the city. The experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager Emily, Mr. 韓洪一, and other staff members. Despite our inability to speak Mandarin or Putonghua, their warm smiles could break through all language barriers that made us feel right at home. The facilities at the hotel were impeccable. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The minibar was restocked every day, which made it unnecessary for us to purchase anything from the supermarket. The Western-style breakfast was fantastic, I think it is the best in this city, and the pickup service provided to the high-speed train station upon departure was a heart-warming gesture that made us feel like family. This lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and a little far from the old town, about 30 minutes by taxi. The facilities are very new, the service is thoughtful, there are fruits, snacks, and milk for free in the evening, there are many varieties of breakfast, and there are cars to pick up and drop off when arriving and leaving. The overall feeling is good and worth staying.
