The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

I decided to visit Luoyang for a few days on a whim. I made a simple comparison online and chose Luoyang International Hotel. After getting off the high-speed rail, I rented a car and drove straight to the hotel, which was a dozen minutes' drive. When I entered the hotel lobby, the guide staff warmly received us and guided us to check in. Because we stayed for three consecutive days, we were directly upgraded to an executive room for free when we checked in. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, a high degree of electrification, and very comfortable accommodation. Xiao Jiang from the customer service department learned that this was our first time to travel in Luoyang, and enthusiastically added WeChat to help us introduce local travel guides and food. It was a very warm service! Now I am on my way back to Beijing. Looking through the beautiful photos of the past few days, I am very satisfied with this trip to Luoyang. I didn't have enough time this time, and I missed a lot of attractions I wanted to go to. I will make up for it next time. I will stay at Luoyang International Hotel again next time.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service from the staff is top class and so good. They really look after their guests here and are very well trained, We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in our travels and couldn't recommend this one more, this is seriously another level. The supplies and condiments offered in the room is very comprehensive and complete. They offer order fruits and snacks at any time. Good location, plenty of places to eat , shopping etc all within walking distance (5-15 minutes ) the staff were friendly , the rooms clean , the gym was better than expected also. The lobby has a small coffee shop (just as god as Starbucks but cheaper ). I didn’t try the food at the hotel but plenty of good local restaurants nearby

A little further back is the Guangzhou Market, not a road, but like a neighborhood, it is very pleasant to stroll around at night. Room: I booked a suite, very satisfied, very satisfied. There are a lot of things sent, free drinks in the small refrigerator, beer, cola, and Sprite every day. Instant noodles (2 buckets), yogurt, and snacks are sent. There is also sweet soup in the evening, please note that it is not very sweet, which is great and suitable for middle-aged and elderly people. When cleaning, they will help you organize the charging cable and clamp it with a cute clip. When seeing the residents washing clothes, they will prepare laundry detergent and clothes drying racks. Take as much as you want to drink. My father is most satisfied with this! Breakfast: Not bad, the variety is good, recommended. Pickup: The car is spacious and clean. The driver is talkative. He brought snacks for the passengers to enjoy. They were very good. He talked to us about the peonies in Luoyang. If you come to Luoyang, I definitely recommend this hotel. The price is moderate, the service is good, and there are many things to offer. Who knows that I ate two cans of instant noodles on the high-speed train on the way back? I recommend it. By the way, Luoyang's time-honored brand, Lao Luoyang Noodle House, is nearby, just a 5-minute walk. The attitude of the staff is also very good. Anyway, I recommend it.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pury Hotel in Luoyang for 4 nights during my first business trip to the city. The experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager Emily, Mr. 韓洪一, and other staff members. Despite our inability to speak Mandarin or Putonghua, their warm smiles could break through all language barriers that made us feel right at home. The facilities at the hotel were impeccable. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The minibar was restocked every day, which made it unnecessary for us to purchase anything from the supermarket. The Western-style breakfast was fantastic, I think it is the best in this city, and the pickup service provided to the high-speed train station upon departure was a heart-warming gesture that made us feel like family. The hotel is clean and tidy, the service staff is of high quality, and there are safety equipment such as UPS power supply and gas mask in the hotel, which makes people feel at ease. It is really cute that there are computers and printers in the room, a bit like an old cadre. There are welcome fruits every day, and the fruits are very sweet and of good quality. The hotel is separated from Baiyuan by a wall. There is a hotel shuttle bus to Longmen Grottoes. The only small drawback is that the distance from the interception point of Longmen Grottoes to the hotel is only a few hundred meters, but cars are not allowed to pass. Cars can only go around a long way to come in. In addition, the shower area in the bathroom is very small. Every time you turn around to take a shower, you will hurt your arm, but overall, my parents like it very much. The air in the park is very good, but it is not suitable for night travel because it is too spacious.

When traveling daily, in addition to paying attention to the area and hygiene of the room, I also pay attention to practicality. This time the room is very large and comfortable, and the row of sofas and small round tables by the window are very convenient to use. The quality of bedding and bath towels is good. The toiletries are from Jurlique, with double wash basins and capsule coffee machines, which greatly improve the comfort of staying. The service is even more surprising: 1. There are 4 bottles of water in the room, and the guest room will be replenished at any time, which is especially suitable for people like me who love to drink water. 2. The turndown service is also very good. In addition to providing good night milk, there is also a special sleep-aid aromatherapy. 3. When checking in, the front desk prompts that the self-service laundry room on the third floor can be used. I didn't plan to wash it, but I walked over after dinner on the first day and found that the laundry room was not only large, but also very comfortable. Although the hotel is adjacent to Longmen Station, the hotel's car is more comfortable and convenient. The key is that you won't encounter cars with peculiar smells like when you take a private car😄 6. The staff in the hotel will greet you warmly, which shows that the management and training are of high standards. Location: Turn right out of the hotel front desk and you can enter Dahehui. Although Dahehui has just opened and is not yet perfect, you can see the unique positioning and design. Just walking around can be regarded as adding a small attraction😊 The two-day stay added a lot of points to the trip to Luoyang!
