Great value for money. Very close to malls and street markets. Bad traffic in the area but it was ok for me. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Good beddings and AC/ hot water. Stayed for for a month and it was not expensive at all ๐Ÿ˜‰

17 days in India and that is the best hotel I've been in this tour. Big room, nice and clean, the bathrooms also. The staff is friendly, everything is clean. Variety of food at the restaurant. I really recommand the city and of course, this Novotel Hotel

I stayed at Novotel Lucknow, Room No. 215, checked in on 31st Aug. Extremely disappointed with the food quality. The biryani was by far the worst I have had in any hotel, and even the fruits provided were not fresh or good. For a reputed brand like Novotel, this level of food quality is unacceptable. Strongly suggest avoiding the food here unless management takes corrective action

This was my second visit, and once again Ayush impressed me with his excellent housekeeping service. He is polite, attentive, and keeps the room spotless. His consistency and professionalism make the stay very comfortable.
