NEED DRASTIC UPGRADE IN ALL FEILDS, BUT NO OTHER CHOICE THAN THIS HOTEL.
TWICE SWIPED VISA CARD, THE SLIP DID NOT GET PRINTED FOR DEPOSIT WAS CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMETN

The environment is independent, safe, with large grasslands and quiet. The facilities are also new, and it is the most expensive hotel in the area. Top restaurant. The food is very good, the service is fast and of high quality. The menu is varied. A chef who is available and attentive to customer expectations. I recommend it. Not forgetting the Sunday buffet with excellent desserts.

Nice place, good drinks, food ok. The best waiters are Christophe and Juvenale! Ask for them if you want a quick and appropriate service! Possibility to buy local SIM card in place. Bring proper brand new USD cash.

I went there with a friend to try out the new meal on the menu and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. The cod was well cooked and very delicious, definitely will be going back there again to try new items on their menu.

Horrible Experience From the time I reached the hotel took my suitcase to the reception, the lady had no clue that how much am paying as I used my 12000 points. The lady was rude telling me let me do my work when I heard her saying the accounts to charge me full amount and I interrupted her correcting her to charge less because they were points. My welcome message was addressed to a different name! The room had mosquitoes and cobwebs and not at all clean. Breakfast staff were least bothered - asked English breakfast tea they said they do not have - so I went back upstairs to my room and took it from the room and showed them here it is to which he was less bothered. This place is falling apart and thank god the new Novotel is opening soon!

Great hotel with well manicured gardens. Enjoyed my week attending a conference. The staff were attentive but we had a language barrier as I do not speak French. Rooms were clean with all amenities functioning.

The service was great, friendly staff, really enjoyed my stay. Location was peaceful, exactly what l needed. The room was very tidy and the food was delicious .Highly recommended, definitely coming back!!

It was a amazing stay! Welcoming and friendly staff. The location is awesome with a wonderful view by my room. I appreciated the variety of buffet on breakfast. I suggest you to have more fruit variety. Thanks a lot to all.
