So far so good. My family enjoyed it. At level 1 you will got everything such as clinics, hair cut shop, coffee shop, Mart, Mynews etc. Also at level 6 got bowling and level 7 swimming pool.

The location is convenient, we walked 15 minutes from the metro. It's not a problem to call a taxi. The hotel is located in a high tower, we were on the 23rd floor. The view is good. Everyone at the reception is attentive. There are many places to eat downstairs, iced tea, on weekdays there is a fruit and food stall on the street. There is a small store, water is brought every day. Our room was not cleaned, we did not want it. But the corridors are dirty. The room itself is average in terms of cleanliness. Air conditioning and hot water are good. The linen is clean, the chairs are stained. The dishes are only a teapot, cups and 2 plates. The breakfast is very strange: rice, bread, cereal, pasta and sausages. In the New Year there were no cereals and milk.

The hotel is located in a very strategic area, close to various facilities and attractions in Kuala Lumpur. The room I booked was very comfortable and clean, with complete facilities such as free Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning that worked well. One of the things I liked was the hotel's calm and modern atmosphere. It feels like being in a very comfortable place even though it is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast here is also very tasty, with enough choices to start your day. The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help. I got useful information about interesting places around KL without having to look far. The accommodation price is also quite reasonable with the services and facilities offered. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience staying at UTM Hotel and will definitely come back again if I visit KL in the future.

The hotel room is simple, clean because the carpet is old and smelly. Breakfast is ok, many choices and delicious. The hotel is located in a place with many facilities.

Love staying here because there are various shops nearby. It's easy to find food when the kids are hungry. We stayed here because there was a children's appreciation day. Breakfast was very limited but delicious!
