Good for 1 or 2 night stay..located in the heart of KL...easy to use e hailing transport to commute...near to food heaven in kg bharu..

So far so good. My family enjoyed it. At level 1 you will got everything such as clinics, hair cut shop, coffee shop, Mart, Mynews etc. Also at level 6 got bowling and level 7 swimming pool.

The location is convenient, we walked 15 minutes from the metro. It's not a problem to call a taxi. The hotel is located in a high tower, we were on the 23rd floor. The view is good. Everyone at the reception is attentive. There are many places to eat downstairs, iced tea, on weekdays there is a fruit and food stall on the street. There is a small store, water is brought every day. Our room was not cleaned, we did not want it. But the corridors are dirty. The room itself is average in terms of cleanliness. Air conditioning and hot water are good. The linen is clean, the chairs are stained. The dishes are only a teapot, cups and 2 plates. The breakfast is very strange: rice, bread, cereal, pasta and sausages. In the New Year there were no cereals and milk.

Second time staying at this hotel.. 👍 The view from the room is beautiful, comfortable, heater is ok, aircon is also ok, variety of food in the morning, mini mall below the hotel you can get all kinds of food, location is near the city center but not open, service is ok, price is also worth it, 👎🏻parking rm5 per entry, husband got a towel with blood stains, water from the shower is a little slow but the other day when I first stayed here everything was tiptop.

Very good. There are many shops around the hotel. The pool is big, but the cover near the kids pool is broken. It's a bit dangerous for kids.

comfortable bed. parking has to pay rm5 for one entry for those staying is not suitable because other 5 star hotels only have free parking. There are many places to eat below the hotel. easy to find food. Simple hotel breakfast.

There is a block to the room. Many shoplots, convenient for all matters. The restaurant is very big, there is a bowling center, it is close to student life.

First time in Kuala Lumpur, the accommodation is satisfactory and the service attitude is very good!

Clean and comfortable room and view on level 19 is nice. Room is big. Can see Petronas tower view. Amazing. Level 7 is swimming pool located. Only set back is the checking in and parking in Gurney Mall is a challeng due to 4 towers here. Not much restaurants choices in Gurney mall. The best is the breakfast. Nice foods and views.
