We raised this issue with the manager when we checked out the next day (turns out the lady was the manager yesterday), She offered to give us a bottle of red wine, I feel that she is really obsessed with red wine, Although his family's wine selection is not bad, But this treatment is not satisfactory. We said we don't need this bottle of red wine, And we are two rooms, She also offered to take us to the train station as compensation. Due to time constraints, I don't want to be too entangled, can only agree. Before she left, she asked me for a photo of yesterday in the wine storage room, It turned out to be waiting here. When having breakfast in the morning, We are an unsolicited menu, After we sat down, two white men came to the next table, The same waiter delivered the menu enthusiastically, And kindly asked them how their day was, That flattering look made me feel a little sick. It was our first time in Luang Prabang, and we picked Kiridara based on other reviews. Rest-assured, it was a smart choice. The location was great. While not in the center, there is a market super close and a supermarket about 10 minutes away. For the rest the hotel offers a free shuttle which is on call until about 9 pm, and takes you more or less everywhere you need to go. The rooms were clean, nicely layed out and offered everything you need. If something was wrong, it was fixed quickly. The pool was refreshing and offered a great view. The drinks from then pool bar were delicious. The highlight was the breakfast. There was a small, but nice buffet plus a menu. The a la carte menu was the biggest plus. You could pick up to four dishes, each from one category, like eggs, hearty or sweet. Be sure to eat yourself through all the options, while you stay - it‘s worth it! All in all a great stay, and we will come back to Kiridara for sure for our next stay.

This is my second visit after visiting with my family about a month ago. I remembered the warm experience I had at this hotel last time, so I came back again. There must be many guests coming in and out of the hotel, and I was touched that everyone I met recognized me and said “Welcome back.” I am very grateful to Yong, Lith, Muhn, Mone, and the two female hoteliers who were in charge of dinner on 5/25 for their hospitality. (I should have asked everyone's names, but it's too bad I didn't.) And the information about becoming a monk during the morning Takbat. I am also sincerely grateful to the male hotelier who kindly and in detail explained about the Ina Lao people. I think I will visit Laos again on my last trip before returning to my home country because of the warm memories I had in Avani. I look forward to seeing you again.

Very restful, relaxing hotel in a good position for exploring the nearby night market. Easy to organise transport locally but the hotel gave us a free ride to the night market when I wanted to go. ( I have difficulty walking too far) Our room was peaceful, spacious and clean. The pool area is good and offers bean bags or chairs to sit in. The spa is readily available. The breakfast is served in an outdoor, covered long room and the dining area is always busy with a good choice of dishes. The unusual aspect of this residence is the number of lotus ponds and abundance of greenery everywhere which are a UNESCO listed feature. I wouldn’t necessarily choose this hotel for young children but for older children or couples it would be hard to beat for character and history.

A true museum of a hotel! It combines comfort with refinement. Big, light and airy bedrooms tastefully appointed, charming and helpful staff. Its location offers good views on the Nam Khan river and its annex on the opposite bank is equally charming. Owner Ivan Scholte produces some wonderful wines and tips for off-track excursions. It is close to temples, shops and other entertainment without compromising its quiet and peaceful atmosphere. My family and I spent an idyllic week there. Not to be missed: Laos Buffalo Dairy and the Living Land ricefield trip (where you get to go through all the stages of cultivating rice, down to eating it!)

I took a taxi from the airport for $10 instead of booking through the hotel which was quoted $12. The hotel is at its best location possible. You roll out of right of the bed, there’s night market, you roll out of left side of the bed, there’s morning market, you get my point. Coffee shops, restaurants, alms giving tour operators, bike rentals are within 10 mins walk depending on how far you want to walk on the Main Street. The food court and the post office is about 15 minutes walk. I was surprised to see that the post office was open Sunday evening. Overall, the town and the hotel area felt pretty safe at night, before midnight. One of my suggestions for the hotel is to upgrade the towels like some other fellow travelers have suggested. It would have been nice if the hotel had bike rentals for $2 like other hotels/hostels since the town is so bikeable. The reception staff did mention they can rent me a bike from town for $4. Although, I didn’t spend much time in the room during the day, it would have been nice to have blinds that you can open to let the lights in and have screens to prevent the mosquitoes from coming in. At one point when I stopped by at 10 am to grab something from my room, there was no power and water. It was dark in the room when I had to look for things. The only option was to open the windows but it also meant letting the mosquitoes in. I didn’t have time to complain to the front desk about the power and water as I had to run out. Other than that, although the staff were very polite, they seemed green in then realm of hospitality. When requested to make a reservation for dinner at a restaurant for the night, they just said they didn’t have the restaurant’s number.

There are many hotels in Luang Prabang, each with its own characteristics. This hotel was renovated from the former home of the Lao prince. Although there are not many rooms, the public areas are very rich and it is an ideal place for vacation. The breakfast is great, with a Chinese menu. The waiter is very polite and thoughtful. After ordering rice noodles, the chili sauce that Chinese people love is immediately delivered, which really won my heart 🤗. The various breads for breakfast are also very delicious. People who don’t like bread have to eat two pieces every day! The front desk service is also standardized online, and the male waiters are generally more enthusiastic! The room cleaning is very thoughtful and meticulous, at least twice a day, keeping the room clean and tidy at all times! On the first day, the tip was placed on the bedside table, but they didn’t take it. On the second day, it was specially placed on the quilt and taken away. It can be seen that the service training is still very strict! The room is large and comfortable to live in. The bedding and bath towels are very comfortable! Talk about the shortcomings. The room is not very soundproof. The waiter cleans outside in the morning, and the sound is very clear. If you live downstairs, the sound upstairs is very clear. If you encounter people who go to bed late and get up early, it will affect the quality of rest downstairs. Another point is that the hotel does not have a pick-up service. Many hotels will provide pick-up and drop-off services within the town at any time, or even pick-up and drop-off services at the airport and high-speed rail. In addition, the hotel is a little off-site. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to any place. It is impossible to walk under the scorching sun. You need to take a tuk-tuk every time. The price of tuk-tuks in Luang Prabang has skyrocketed in recent years. Even if you only take a five-minute ride, the starting price is 20,000 per person (about 6 yuan in total), and it is calculated per person. It is more expensive than taking a taxi in any major city in China! When going to the high-speed rail station, the price of the hotel's delivery is 25 US dollars, and I immediately ordered a 99 yuan delivery service on Mafengwo. Except for the fact that I was not satisfied with the trip, the hotel vacation was really good, and I should go there again in the future.

We had a lovely three-night stay at the 3 Nagas. This property quickly became one of our favorites in SE Asia, and certainly in Laos. We had a large family suite in the back of the property, which was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The entire property is historic and very well done. The staff was excellent, cocktails tasty, breakfast was all-you-can eat ala carte, and the use of the Sofitel pool via a free shuttle was nice in the afternoons. The location was also ace, on the main drag but not quite in the bustle (if such a thing exists in LP). The monks walk right by every morning as well. Accor status was honored and felt with nice welcome touches too. Highly recommend!

The hotel is small but exquisite, the room is surrounded by a swimming pool, the environment is good, the decoration is very Southeast Asia, it is comfortable. Free bicycles are available at the hotel, as motorcycles can be rented in Shan State and walking to the night market is a bit tired. The hotel has a left turn and there is a giving, which is generally convenient. The room is not big, the bed is big enough, with the child properly, the children over 10 years old plus the cost, 30 knives a night, feels no cost-effective. The interior is decorated with industrial style, with fruit and high pressure drinking water. The breakfast is rich, Western style and local style, enough for petty bourgeoisie, there is a free afternoon tea. A total of 2 people or 2+1 small travel recommendation, not recommended for large children.

Facilities: Formerly a member of the SLH Hotel 🏨 group, with top-notch hardware configuration and French design, it is very comfortable even without air conditioning at night. Hygiene: Stayed for three nights in a row. On the second night, the cleaning was sloppy. The trash cans were not cleaned. Paper towels and mineral water were not replenished in time. If pointed out, improvements could be made immediately. But this should not happen in a hotel of this caliber. Environment: The small hotel is small in size and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The restaurant, swimming pool and garden are all good. Mosquitoes were handled very well and there were almost no bites during the stay. Service: Although there were some hiccups during the stay, they were all resolved perfectly in the end. No one can make mistakes without being a sage.
