Business Hotels in Kelantan, Malaysia

Was pretty easy to locate the hotel. Ample parking spaces. Reception was excellent, staff were very nice, polite and friendly. Had a fabulous room with fantastic view overlooking the city. Room was big spacious. The only downside is the gym & pool’s under renovation. Had wanted to dip into the pool but all’s good. Will definitely pick this hotel when back.

The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The facilities were good. The staff were friendly at all times. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety The hotel's location is perfect, right in the middle of the city. The overall experience was good.

Recommend for all visit to Kota Bahru. The room is clean and quite big compared to town's hotel. The staff are friendly. Parking easy to find, plenty of parking at underground and it's free. Overall satisfied experience. Nice Kelantan food.

The hotel location was great as it's just next to KB mall & it's located at town centre. Thanks to front desk as I called to them few hours before arrival to request to arrange the room facing KB mall & clean the room + change the clean bedsheets (afraid the room was empty too long with smell ). It was all great only with one BAD which it's not sound proof. The windows not functioning well as U can hear the vehicles noise whole night....Hope the Tune management can invest some $$$ to repair / upgrade the windows rubbers to make all perfect.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, which made a great first impression. Our room was on the 8th floor, facing the Kelantan River, and it was quite spacious. However, the hotel is a bit aged, and the old carpet had a slight damp smell when we first entered. Fortunately, after turning on the air conditioning for a while, the smell disappeared. On the bright side, the bathroom and bathtub were clean, which I really appreciated. One of my favorite things about the room was the huge window—if you're lucky with the weather, you can catch a beautiful sunset over the river. The underground parking was convenient, with plenty of spots near the entrance to the lobby. The hotel is also within walking distance of several tourist attractions like museums and the famous Siti Khadijah Market. The only real downside was the incredibly slow elevator, which tested my patience a little. Aside from that, everything was fine for a short stay. Would consider staying again if visiting Kota Bharu.

Hotel is clean and staff is helpful. Aeon mall is about a 10min ride away. Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting to stay here!

Recepionist: good communication, very kind, the guard also good. Entrance: Mesmerizing, beautiful, a lot of mural that you can take pictures (which i forgot to snap), comfy seat at waiting and leisure corner infront of reception counter. Room: Clean, spacious, very comfy pillow, full of lights, have iron clothes and iron board. Bathroom: shower room bit small, toilet head host need to change, there is a cockroach at shower curtain 🫠. Parking: Lots of parking.

Tok aman bali is a lil secluded but that what makes it perfect for a short escape, there are pools and kids playroom, spa and many more. There’s even mini funfare with games booth at night for people to enjoy
