Before coming to Luang Prabang, I was prepared for the poor conditions of the hotel and did not have high hopes. After checking in, it was worse than I expected. 1 The pictures I saw when booking on Ctrip were taken on the second floor. I was also looking for the good environment on the second floor, but we were arranged on the first floor and our request for change was rejected 2 Only one light was on in the first room, and later I asked to change to the second room, but the lights in that room were either all on or all off 3 You need to ask the front desk to borrow a hair dryer, which is worse than the family hotel I stayed in before 4 When booking the hotel, the room fee does not include the service fee. After checking the price, I found that the service fee charged by the hotel is higher than the tax, and I don’t understand where they provided the service. I stayed for 3 days and didn’t change a towel. I hung a sign to clean the room, but they pulled my quilt twice I don’t recommend this hotel. I gave feedback to Ctrip customer service later.
