Location is good because quiet and beautiful. Breakfast is simple but fine, no espresso/cappuccino though. AC and shower in room is fine. A lot of restaurants around, Mekong river also close.

Decent size room with fridge, airco and ceiling fan. Breakfast is served at another location 2 minutes away at the riverside. The location is conveniently in the old town. Friendy service.

After arriving at the Champa Villa Hotel, the female owner told us that the hotel had no vacancies. She asked the six of us to move to another hotel in a hutong 1 km away in three batches, and she also said that she would compensate 90 yuan for each room. The hotel is called SADAKHAM HOTEL. We waited for about an hour before entering the room. Both hotels should be owned by female owners. We needed a three-socket adapter to communicate with the female owner, but she ignored us and had a very poor service attitude. The room opposite us was broken into and the camera, cash, charger, etc. were stolen in the early morning of November 22. It was probably useless to call the police. Now I think the female owner is using the hotel with a good location to recruit people on the platform, and then she will change you to her other hotels when people come.

English communication is good during the week. There are not enough bicycles for rent and I would not recommend renting bicycles in Le Ang Pru Bang because the bikes are not very good. The accommodation is quiet and close to places you want to visit nearby. I was very satisfied with the breakfast during my 4 night stay with my friends.

The hotel is in a very good location, near the Mekong River, near the museum, near the walking street market, walking to Wat Xieng Thong is not far. I have stayed there myself and it was very good, so I booked it for a friend.

The hotel is not generally bad, it is similar to domestic guest houses. Facilities: Generally nothing! Hygiene: The sheets are all dirty! It is estimated that the sheets and quilts were not replaced after the last guest left! Environment: It's just a 2-storey building. I have to go to other places to have breakfast. I've been looking for it for a long time! Service: There are basically no waiters!

I didn’t actually stay here but I had inquired about a room for three nights and they told me they had no availability. They walked me next-door to the Sok Dee. I booked for three nights at this place and paid. The next morning a woman from the Villa Champa came to the Sok Dee and said they had availability and for me to come and look at the room. I did not want to change hotels as my room at the Sok Dee was comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff were very kind and helpful. I went and looked at A room which was not the room that I would be staying in and I did not like it as it was on the street and there was construction going on. When I walked back to my hotel, the woman from the Villa Champa was aggressively talking to the owners of the Sok Dee and insisting that I move to their hotel. She was also aggressive with me, and I said I am not moving hotels, I have paid here and I am staying here! These are two separate hotels with two different owners. The whole interaction was very uncomfortable and I felt that I was being bullied. I think the Villa Champa staff are only concerned about keeping their rooms booked and do not care about the guests. I would highly recommend the Sok Dee Residence next door.

Terrible customer service here. I booked a single room for 4 nights, on booking in I was told I’d have to change rooms after the first night to a bigger one. This didn’t make sense and I was annoyed but agreed and packed my stuff up. When I got back on day 2 I was told I could stay in the same room. They have several buildings here and it seems that you can’t be sure where you are going to be staying. I got my laundry done and am always careful to count exactly how many items I hand in . It was 14 but when I got it back one item wasn’t mine and one was missing. The young guy on the desk was very unhelpful and showed me a photo (didn’t prove anything) and didn’t offer to check. I asked about a train ticket to Vientiane and was quoted 40USD for second class. I walked 2 doors down(towards the river on the right) and bought one from Liam for 25USD, the same ticket. I wouldn’t stay here again. I witnessed another traveler reporting money being taken from his room and how unhelpful they were, no apologies, marched him down the street to confront housekeeping.

Housekeeping stole money from me twice. It wasn’t smart of me to leave money in my bag the second time. But it was our last day and we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. When we returned to the room to gather our bags, they had ignored the sign and cleaned the room. Our bags were moved to the lobby. The story was they had to clean the room because other guests wanted it, but then the guests changed their mind. In the meantime they dug deep into my bag and found more money. Additionally, my friend had insulin in the refrigerator and they removed in and threw it away. Do not trust the people running this hotel! They are liars and thieves.
