The location of Travelodge is quite good! It’s easy to go and find the shops nearby! I can see the beautiful canal view everyday!

We were so happy with the staff at the front desk, they are really nice, as well the staff to help in the rooms, they offer you clean the room as needed and always with a friendly face. I would come back for sure !

The room is clean - and that’s the most important for me.

In town centre so location is good. No luggage storage but overall the stay is good

The facility was fine although it offers little, since it has the essentials but you don't have a refrigerator.

Not bad but beds could be more comfortable in order to aid a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and the hotel itself was well maintained.

Hi I arrived at rravelodge this afternoon and was greetedby 2 amazing individuals at reception who have a high level of customer service these people are Tyler and Philipa who went above and beyond to help me whilst I was there. I would like the 2 propel named above to receive some sort of gratitude as I feel me just writing this review simple isn't enough . Thank you for everything you both are amazing .

Wouldn't recommend. The room was filthy, there were toenail clippings on the floor. The shower is faulty and doesn't stay one temperature and the pressure is awful as well. The bed is like a brick, very uncomfortable. Room amenities were very poor as well, a tiny kettle, a small fan and coffee / tea. There's no air conditioning. No restaurant or cooked breakfast. I feel like breakfast to go should be included especially considering how poor everything else is. The fire alarm woke us at 6am due to a fault which was lovely. For the £150 I paid for 2 nights I'm incredibly disappointed and will be pushing for a refund.

Safety an extreme risk and no parking available nor space to actually unload. We witnessed violence whilst trying to find somewhere to park. Never ever stay there.

Mattress good. Bathroom not as clean as should be. Staff helpful. No air conditioning. Carpet needed thorough deep clean.

Two night stay for Loughborough University Open day. Just needed somewhere handy to stay with no frills. Hotel is 1 minute walk from the Skylink bus that links easily to East Midlands Airport and a 3 minute walk from Sainsbury's. For evening meal, it was a short walk into town centre for fish and chips one night and curry the next. Very easy check in and check out.

No car parking for a high van. No Air Con in Room Had to leave the window open right by a busy junction. Will never stay here again.Receptionist were very nice but the rooms just spoil it with plastic chairs fgs ! Travelodge need to step into the 21st Century
